Tyre service centres · WhatsApp marketing

Let the driver send a tyre size on WhatsApp and get a price and a time back.

WhatsApp marketing for a tyre service centre is using a business number to take the enquiry, share the price and booking, and remind the driver later with consent. GullySales sets up the number, the replies and the permission list for the shop.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Tyre dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Stock by size, brand and pattern. Count each size, brand, pattern and load rating with its rack location and reorder level, so the counter answers from the screen rather than a walk to the rack.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For tyre service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The driver already messages with a photograph”

A driver sends a picture of the sidewall or the worn tread. A shop that replies with a price and a slot in the same chat wins over one that asks the driver to call.

  • “A business number with no catalogue answers the same question again and again”

Sizes in stock, brands and the fitting package are asked again and again. A catalogue and saved replies on the business app answer them without a fitter leaving the bay.

  • “Bulk messages to numbers without consent damage the shop”

A driver who gets an offer they never asked for blocks the number. A list built from counter consent keeps the number usable. Check the platform's current rules for business messages.

  • “The chat is where fleet orders happen”

A transport manager sends sizes and quantities by message. A thread with a named contact and a saved rate card keeps that account with the shop.

What we do

What we deliver for tyre service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business setup

A business profile with address, hours, a catalogue of tyres and services, and a clear name for the shop.

Result: A new contact sees what the shop sells and where it is.

  2. Saved replies for the common questions

Ready answers on price, stock, fitting package, alignment and booking.

Result: The counter replies in the same words every time, with no typing from scratch.

  3. A missed-call message

An automatic reply to a call that went unanswered, asking for the car and the tyre size.

Result: The caller is in a chat before they call the next shop.

  4. A consent list built at the counter

A record of customers who agreed to messages, with the reason and date.

Result: Only people who said yes receive a reminder.

  5. A reminder template tied to the last visit

A short message for rotation, alignment or replacement, based on the last fitting.

Result: The message names the car and the work, not a general offer.

  6. A fleet thread routine

A named contact, a rate card and a saved order format for each fleet account.

Result: A fleet order arrives in a form the shop can act on.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to everyone who has called us?
Only to those who agreed to receive messages. Calling the shop is not the same as consenting to offers. Check the platform's current rules and your own data protection advice.
Should we use the WhatsApp Business app or the API?
A single shop starts with the Business app and its saved replies. The API suits larger chains that need several agents on one number. We recommend by how many people reply.
Do we need to reply to every message at once?
A prompt reply earns the job from an urgent driver, so put one person on the number during working hours. A saved reply and an auto-greeting cover the gaps between.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
