Car detailing studios · Local SEO

Be the studio on the map when a new car owner searches for ceramic coating nearby.

Local SEO for a detailing studio decides whether your listing appears when someone nearby searches for coating, PPF or a car spa, and whether they trust it enough to call. GullySales works on the Business Profile, the service pages and the review flow that those searches depend on.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For car detailing studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search names the service, not the studio”

A buyer types ceramic coating, PPF or interior cleaning with a locality, and your name never enters it. A profile listed only as car care or car wash is passed over for studios whose services are spelled out.

  • “Locality is judged by where the car owner is”

Someone in the next suburb will drive across for a coating but not for a wash. Pages and profile areas that name the neighbourhoods you actually serve for high-value work bring in the right distance, not the nearest one.

  • “Photographs are read as evidence”

A map listing with six blurred pictures looks like a garage. Clear shots of the bay, the lighting, the products and finished cars, with the brand of coating visible, tell a careful owner that paint is safe here.

  • “A mobile service competes differently”

A studio that comes to the apartment basement has no shopfront to be found by. The listing needs a service area, the car types accepted and the conditions, such as water and power access, written plainly.

What we do

What we deliver for car detailing studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Business Profile set to your services

Primary and secondary categories, service list with descriptions, hours and a booking link set to match what the studio performs.

Result: Coating and PPF searches find a listing that names them.

  2. A page for each service and locality

Separate pages for coating, PPF and interior work, each naming the areas served and showing your own finished cars.

Result: The search lands on a page about the service searched.

  3. A photograph plan for the listing

A shot list covering bay, process, products and completed cars, taken in the studio's own light.

Result: The listing shows work rather than stock images.

  4. A review request at handover

A link ready on a phone or card when the car owner sees the finished paint, with a prompt to mention the service.

Result: New reviews name the service and come from real customers.

  5. A reply to every review

Specific written answers to praise and to complaints about marks or delays, in the studio's own voice.

Result: A reader sees damage complaints answered in public.

  6. A read-out of calls and direction taps

The listing's own counts of calls, direction requests and website taps, kept beside a record of where you started.

Result: You can check whether the listing sends people through the gate.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Map searches name the service and the area, and the listing has to answer both.

ceramic coating near me
Put ceramic coating as a service on the listing and in the description. Add photographs of finished coated cars, taken under studio light, with the car model named.
PPF installation in Mangaluru
A listing and a page for film work by locality. State the film brands you fit and what the owner should bring. Do not promise that film will prevent damage.
car interior deep cleaning near me
A separate service entry with photographs of seats and carpets before and after. Say what the job covers, such as seats, roof lining and carpets.
mobile car detailing service
Set service areas and say what the doorstep job needs, such as covered space and a power point. A mobile studio competes on a different map from a shopfront.
car detailing studio reviews
Owners read reviews for finish and honesty. Ask at the reveal, while the owner is looking at the car, and reply to any complaint about a scratch plainly.

Who it is for

This is written for these car detailing studios.

  • Mobile car detailing services
  • Studio-based detailing centres
  • Ceramic coating and PPF specialists
  • Bike detailing and coating studios
  • Fleet and dealership detailing partners
  • Luxury and exotic car detailing specialists
  • Interior deep cleaning specialists
  • Car wash and quick service outlets

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You work from a home garage and do not want the address public, so the listing has to be set as a service-area business.
  • Your photographs are poor or taken in dim light, which would count against the listing.
  • You have no one to reply to reviews, and a complaint would sit unanswered beside the five-star ones.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a shopfront to appear on the map?
A mobile service can be listed as a service-area business if it has no public premises. Check the platform's current rules for how addresses and service areas are shown, and keep your details the same everywhere online.
Why does a studio with worse work rank above us?
The map result weighs distance, profile detail, reviews and how recently they were left. A studio with a complete listing and fresh reviews can sit above better work that nobody has described online.
Should we list every service we offer?
List the ones you want bookings for, and describe each one. A listing crowded with services you do rarely dilutes the searches you care about, so lead with coating, PPF and interior work if those are the high-value jobs.
Does a mobile detailer qualify for a listing?
Yes, as a service-area business. You hide the address and list the areas you cover. The platform checks your details, and its rules for such listings change. Check the platform's current rules, and keep the phone number answered, because an unanswered mobile service loses the owner.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
