Auto repair shops · Website

Let a driver request a quote in two taps, not a phone call they might not make.

Website design for an auto repair shop means a simple, fast, mobile-first site listing services and prices where you are comfortable stating them. It also needs an easy way to request a quote or book a slot. GullySales builds this so an enquiry does not depend entirely on a phone call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For auto repair shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A quote request form beats a plain contact page”

A short form asking for the vehicle and the issue lets you respond with a relevant quote quickly, instead of a vague enquiry that needs a call to clarify.

  • “Mobile speed matters because most searches happen roadside”

A driver checking garages from their phone, sometimes at the roadside, will not wait for a slow page to load and will call the next result instead.

  • “A services and pricing page reduces unnecessary calls”

Listing common services with a typical price range answers a question many customers would otherwise call to ask, saving your counter staff time.

What we do

What we deliver for auto repair shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Quote request form by vehicle and issue

A short form asking for the vehicle and the issue, letting you respond with a relevant quote quickly.

Result: A vague enquiry becomes a quote you can send without a call first.

  2. Services and typical pricing page

A page listing common services with a typical price range, for the prices you are comfortable stating.

Result: Fewer calls come in just to ask a question the page already answers.

  3. Mobile-speed fix for roadside browsing

Site speed and layout fixed for a driver checking garages from their phone, sometimes at the roadside.

Result: A driver waits for your page to load instead of trying the next result.

  4. Self-editable services and hours

A website built so you can update services, offers or hours yourself without needing a developer each time.

Result: The site stays current without depending on outside help for small changes.

  5. Booking or callback request option

A direct way to request a callback or a slot, alongside your phone number and WhatsApp.

Result: A driver who would not call gets a way to still reach you.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a garage's website must show before a driver brings the car in.

The makes and models you service
List the makes you work on by name, and say if you handle diesel, CNG or hybrid. A line saying all brands makes the owner of a particular car call to check.
Typical prices for the jobs people ask about
Show a range for a basic service, brake pads, clutch work and AC gas by car class, and say what changes them. Say plainly that the written estimate comes after inspection.
Which parts you use and what is guaranteed
Say whether you fit genuine, OEM-equivalent or aftermarket parts, and let the customer choose. State the warranty on parts and on labour as you actually give it.
Cashless insurance and claim handling
Name the insurers you handle cashless claims for and list the papers a customer must bring. An accident customer is looking for exactly this one line.
Pickup, drop and breakdown help
Say if you offer pickup and drop, towing or a roadside call-out, the area covered and the number to ring. A driver stuck on the road reads this first.
The workshop, the bays and the staff
Photograph the covered bays, the lift, the scanner and the people who will handle the car. Show a sample job card so a first-time customer knows what they will be handed.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a large website for a single garage?
No, a simple, fast site covering your services, location and reviews is enough, and we keep it that size deliberately.
Can we update it ourselves later?
Yes, we build it so you can update services, offers or hours without needing a developer each time.
Parts prices keep changing. Should we still put service prices on the site?
Yes, as a range for each car class, with the date of the last update and a note that the final figure follows inspection. Leave out jobs whose cost swings widely. A page that is wrong in a week loses more trust than one that gives a range.
How should the site handle a breakdown call at night?
Put one number at the top of the page, say whether it is answered at night, and give the area you can reach. If nobody can pick up, say so and give the opening time. A stranded driver will not read past the first line.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
