Two-wheeler dealers · Lead generation

Write down every enquiry, from the walk-in to the manufacturer's portal lead.

Lead generation for a two-wheeler dealer is getting a named rider interested in a named model, through walk-ins, the map, search ads, the manufacturer's enquiry forms, college and factory visits and your own service list. The work is as much recording each source as finding more. GullySales sets up the register and the source tags so you can see what brought a delivery.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For two-wheeler dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The manufacturer's leads sit in a portal nobody opens”

Leads the brand routes to the dealer wait in the manufacturer's system until somebody logs in. A rider who asked on Tuesday is called on Friday, or by the dealer in the next town.

  • “The visitor who did not buy is your biggest and least recorded source”

Showroom traffic is the largest source of riders and the one nobody enters. Without his name against a model there is nothing to follow up and nothing to count.

  • “Camps and stalls produce cards and no calls”

A stall at a college fest or a factory gate collects a pile of cards, and the cards are never typed in. Enter them the next day with the source, or the stall was paid for nothing.

What we do

What we deliver for two-wheeler dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One enquiry register for the showroom

A single sheet or CRM where walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, portal and manufacturer enquiries are entered with the model, the rider's number and the finance need.

Result: Every rider who asked about a bike is in one place.

  2. Manufacturer and portal leads brought into the register

A routine for copying each brand and portal lead into your register with its source, and updating the brand's own system.

Result: No lead is called three times or not at all.

  3. A card for camps, college fests and factory visits

A one-line form for the stall, with a source name for each camp and a rule that the cards are entered the next day.

Result: A stall produces calls to make, not a bag of paper.

  4. A source tag on every enquiry

A short list of sources agreed with the staff, including the service bay and the family of an existing owner.

Result: You can see which source ends in a delivery.

  5. A rule for who calls and what the call records

A named person for each enquiry and a list of what is written down: the model, the finance need and the date he plans to buy.

Result: No enquiry waits for whoever is free.

  6. A report from source to delivery against the baseline

Enquiries, test rides and deliveries by source, set against the baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: You know where the next rupee of effort belongs.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where enquiries come from

The ways a rider reaches a two-wheeler dealer, what to record and how to reply.

Showroom walk-in
Take his name, number, model and finance need before he leaves, and write them in the register. Ring him in a day or two about that model, with the colour in stock.
Manufacturer's website or app lead
Log in to the brand's lead system and copy each lead into your register with its source. Ring the rider and update the status there, since the brand may track it.
Bike portal or search ad enquiry
Record the portal or ad, the model and the time. Send the on-road build-up in a message, then call. Do not call before the message has gone.
Map listing call
Note the number, the question and the model. If the call was missed, ring back the same day. A rider calling from the map is usually asking about hours and a test ride.
College, factory and society camps
Write the camp's name on each card, enter them the next day and ring those who asked about finance. Ask the college or employer for permission before you set up a stall.
A service customer asking about a new bike
The advisor notes the interest on the job card and passes it to sales. Record it as its own source, because it shows how much sale your service bay brings.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we pay for leads from the bike portals?
Treat them as one source with a record of each. Pay only for models you hold, and count how many became a test ride before you buy more. A lead you cannot call the same day is wasted. Check each portal's current terms and whether the enquiry is shared with other dealers.
A lead arrives from the manufacturer and the rider is already in our register. What do we do?
Call once, from the register, and add the manufacturer's lead as another source on his record. The brand may track how fast its leads are called, so check your dealer agreement for what must be updated on its system, and update it the same day.
How do we record a college or factory camp?
Take name, number, model and whether he needs finance, on a card or on the spot, and enter it the next day with the camp's name as the source. Cards left in a bag are lost. Ring those who showed interest and keep the rest for the festival list.
How do we tell a ready buyer from a browser?
Ask when he plans to buy and whether the finance is sorted, and write down the answer. A rider who names a date, a model and the down payment he can pay is ready. Call him first, and keep the others on the follow-up list.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
