Ayurveda and alternative wellness centres · Lead generation

The enquiry asks the price of a fortnight before anyone has examined them.

Lead generation for an Ayurveda centre is turning a message about cost or a cure into a consultation with your physician. GullySales writes the replies that offer that consultation first, sets the intake questions on health history and current medicines, and builds the follow-up a three-week decision needs.

For ayurveda and alternative wellness centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A rate card sent to a cold enquiry ends the conversation

Fourteen days of residential treatment is a large number when it arrives with no context. Offer the physician call first, and the figure lands after the person understands what those days contain.

  • The person enquiring is often not the patient

A son writes on behalf of his mother's knees. He cannot answer questions about her medicines or her sleep, so somebody has to get the consultation onto a call with her.

  • The first question is always the hardest one

Nearly every enquiry asks whether this will cure something. A reply saying the physician will assess and explain what the programme can do is honest, and it keeps the conversation going.

What we do

What we deliver for ayurveda and alternative wellness centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A first reply that offers the consultation

Written answers for the cure question, the cost question and the how-long question, each ending with an appointment slot rather than a brochure.

Result: More enquiries reach the physician.

  2. An intake form for history and current medicines

A short form on health history, present medication, sleep, digestion and what the person is hoping for, filled in before the consultation.

Result: The doctor starts the call already informed.

  3. A consultation routine the physician can repeat

An order for the call, the things to state plainly about what a programme can and cannot do, and a written plan issued at the end of it.

Result: Every caller gets the same careful conversation.

  4. A written plan the family can read together

The days, the therapies, the diet, the stay, what is included and what is not, in one document the person can forward home.

Result: The decision at home is made on your document.

  5. A dated follow-up run for slow decisions

Calls and messages spread across the weeks a leave application takes, built around the reason the person gave for waiting.

Result: Nobody is lost simply because no one wrote again.

  6. One record of enquiries, consultations and bookings

Source, programme, consultation date, plan value and outcome recorded against each person, reported monthly against the audit baseline.

Result: You can see where people stop, stage by stage.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for ayurveda and alternative wellness centres

  1. 1

    Assess

We review your website, listings, brochures and social posts for claims that need removing, and trace how enquiries become consultations and bookings.

  2. 2

    Clean up the claims

Every page rewritten to describe therapies, the physician and the experience, with disease cure language removed and a disclaimer where the physician wants one.

  3. 3

    Put the physician first

Physician profiles with qualification and registration, and a consultation booking step before any programme is sold.

  4. 4

    Fill the calendar

Local search for the clinic, seasonal programme pages for retreats, and outreach to hotels, travel planners and corporate wellness buyers for the off-season.

  5. 5

    Bring guests back

A post-programme follow-up from the physician, a consented seasonal reminder, and a referral ask to guests who were happy with their stay.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we send the programme cost on WhatsApp when asked?
Send what the programme includes and the figure it starts from, then offer the consultation. A bare number gets compared with a resort tariff by someone who has no idea what the days contain. The full cost belongs in the written plan after the doctor has seen them.
How long does a retreat enquiry take to become a booking?
Weeks, and sometimes a whole season, because people arrange leave and travel around it. That is why every enquiry gets a dated follow-up instead of one reply and silence. The monthly report shows how many enquiries reached a consultation and how many of those booked.
What are we allowed to say about treating diseases?
Very little in advertising. The Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act bars advertisements that claim to treat a listed set of diseases. The Supreme Court's recent hearings on misleading Ayurveda advertising have made regulators watchful. We describe therapies, the physician's approach and what a stay involves, and leave clinical advice to the consultation.
Can we advertise our Ayurvedic medicines?
The rules on advertising Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani drugs have changed and been challenged in court recently, so we do not advertise medicines without checking the current position with you. Most centres do better promoting consultations and programmes than products.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
