GullySales

Ayurveda and alternative wellness centres · Social media

Oil-pouring videos get views from people who will never book a stay.

Social media for an Ayurveda centre is where the category's worst claims live, which is exactly why a careful centre stands out on it. GullySales puts the physician on camera explaining how a programme runs, keeps every post inside the claim rules, and moves the enquiries it brings into a consultation.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For ayurveda and alternative wellness centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Reach is not the same as the right viewer

A Shirodhara clip can travel a long way and bring nobody to the centre. Five minutes of the physician on what the first week of Panchakarma involves reaches fewer people and fills appointment slots.

  • Before and after pictures do not belong here

Skin, weight and hair posts invite the comparison shot, and a comparison shot implies a result you cannot stand behind. It is also the format that draws complaints to the advertising body.

  • A comment describing symptoms needs a private reply

Somebody lists their problems under a post and asks what to do. Answering there looks like consulting in public. Move it to a message and offer an appointment with the doctor.

What we do

What we deliver for ayurveda and alternative wellness centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A physician-led video series

Short films of the doctor explaining a therapy, a day in a programme, preparation before a stay and what happens after one.

Result: The face of the centre is the person with the degree.

  2. A posting calendar tied to the season

Monsoon programme content in the months before it, seasonal routine posts as the weather turns, and weekday programme content through the quiet quarter.

Result: Posts arrive while people are still deciding.

  3. Claim rules written into the posting checklist

A list of words and formats that never go out, checked by whoever schedules the post, with the physician reading anything about a condition.

Result: One careless caption cannot undo the year's care.

  4. Comments and messages moved to a consultation

A routine for answering symptom questions privately, offering an appointment and logging the person as an enquiry.

Result: Attention on a post turns into someone at the desk.

  5. Consent taken before any guest appears

Written permission for photographs and video of guests and therapies, collected at check-in rather than chased afterwards.

Result: You can post the footage you have without worry.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for ayurveda and alternative wellness centres

  1. 1

    Assess

We review your website, listings, brochures and social posts for claims that need removing, and trace how enquiries become consultations and bookings.

  2. 2

    Clean up the claims

Every page rewritten to describe therapies, the physician and the experience, with disease cure language removed and a disclaimer where the physician wants one.

  3. 3

    Put the physician first

Physician profiles with qualification and registration, and a consultation booking step before any programme is sold.

  4. 4

    Fill the calendar

Local search for the clinic, seasonal programme pages for retreats, and outreach to hotels, travel planners and corporate wellness buyers for the off-season.

  5. 5

    Bring guests back

A post-programme follow-up from the physician, a consented seasonal reminder, and a referral ask to guests who were happy with their stay.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What can the physician safely talk about on camera?
The therapies, the daily routine of a stay, food, seasonal habits and how a consultation works. Not a promise about a condition, and not a patient's case. Let the doctor approve their own script, since it is their registration behind every sentence.
Which platform is worth the effort?
Instagram and YouTube for the residential side, where people plan a stay by watching. For the local clinic, a steady feed matters less than the Business Profile and the reviews under it. Put the time where your empty rooms are.
What are we allowed to say about treating diseases?
Very little in advertising. The Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act bars advertisements that claim to treat a listed set of diseases. The Supreme Court's recent hearings on misleading Ayurveda advertising have made regulators watchful. We describe therapies, the physician's approach and what a stay involves, and leave clinical advice to the consultation.
Can we advertise our Ayurvedic medicines?
The rules on advertising Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani drugs have changed and been challenged in court recently, so we do not advertise medicines without checking the current position with you. Most centres do better promoting consultations and programmes than products.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
