Ayurveda and alternative wellness centres · Digital marketing

One centre, three buyers: the local patient, the retreat guest, the company.

Digital marketing for an Ayurveda centre is deciding how the year splits between the patient who lives nearby, the guest booking a stay months ahead, and the corporate buyer. GullySales sets that plan against your therapy room occupancy, runs the channels each buyer uses, and reports enquiries by source.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For ayurveda and alternative wellness centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Occupancy tells you where to spend, enquiries do not

A centre with rooms full for two months and empty for eight has a calendar problem rather than a traffic problem. The plan starts from which weeks were empty last year.

  • A residential stay is booked a season in advance

Someone taking a fortnight off arranges leave, travel and cover at home first. Work for the monsoon has to be running months before it, while the empty rooms still feel far away.

  • Corporate wellness is the cheapest way to fill a Wednesday

One session at an office reaches fifty people who all live within driving distance of you. The individual consultation offered afterwards is what turns that session into weekday bookings.

What we do

What we deliver for ayurveda and alternative wellness centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An occupancy-led plan for the year

Last year's therapy room days laid out month by month, with the work for each quarter chosen to fill the weeks that were empty.

Result: Effort goes where the calendar is thin.

  2. Channels matched to each buyer

Local search and the Business Profile for the clinic, programme pages and travel platforms for the stay, and direct outreach for company wellness days.

Result: Three buyers get three routes in.

  3. One enquiry record across phone, WhatsApp and the site

Every enquiry logged in the same place with its source and programme, so nothing lives only in a therapist's phone.

Result: The centre stops losing enquiries between people.

  4. A corporate wellness offer with a path afterwards

A session format for offices, a physician talk, and a consultation offer for employees who want to take it further.

Result: An office talk turns into weekday appointments.

  5. Travel planner and hotel outreach for the stay side

A programme sheet, commission terms and a contact list of planners and hotels that send wellness guests, worked through in their planning months.

Result: Longer stays are booked through people who already have the guest.

  6. A monthly report on consultations and room days

Enquiries by source, consultations, bookings and occupancy each month, compared with where the centre stood when work began.

Result: The spend is judged on rooms filled, not on reach.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for ayurveda and alternative wellness centres

  1. 1

    Assess

We review your website, listings, brochures and social posts for claims that need removing, and trace how enquiries become consultations and bookings.

  2. 2

    Clean up the claims

Every page rewritten to describe therapies, the physician and the experience, with disease cure language removed and a disclaimer where the physician wants one.

  3. 3

    Put the physician first

Physician profiles with qualification and registration, and a consultation booking step before any programme is sold.

  4. 4

    Fill the calendar

Local search for the clinic, seasonal programme pages for retreats, and outreach to hotels, travel planners and corporate wellness buyers for the off-season.

  5. 5

    Bring guests back

A post-programme follow-up from the physician, a consented seasonal reminder, and a referral ask to guests who were happy with their stay.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are a small centre with one physician. Where do we start?
With the local clinic side, because a consultation booked this week pays this month. Get the Business Profile, the therapy pages and the enquiry replies right before anything else. Residential programmes need a longer runway and more rooms than a small centre usually has.
How do we know any of this is working?
By counting the same four things every month: enquiries by source, consultations held, programmes booked and therapy room days sold. Those figures are recorded before work begins, so each month has something honest to be compared against.
What are we allowed to say about treating diseases?
Very little in advertising. The Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act bars advertisements that claim to treat a listed set of diseases. The Supreme Court's recent hearings on misleading Ayurveda advertising have made regulators watchful. We describe therapies, the physician's approach and what a stay involves, and leave clinical advice to the consultation.
Can we advertise our Ayurvedic medicines?
The rules on advertising Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani drugs have changed and been challenged in court recently, so we do not advertise medicines without checking the current position with you. Most centres do better promoting consultations and programmes than products.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
