Branding and graphic design studios · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the packaging brief, not another cheap logo enquiry.

Paid search for a design studio means buying the few clicks that come from a founder with a brief and a budget, not from everyone typing logo design. GullySales picks the project words worth bidding on and points each ad at the case that matches it.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For branding and graphic design studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The word logo attracts the wrong budget

Bid on packaging design, rebranding and brand guidelines, where the brief carries money.

  • An ad landing on the portfolio grid is wasted

Send the restaurant owner who clicked to the cafe project, brief and all.

  • Turn the ads off when you are full

Two designers cannot absorb a steady flow. A founder who waits three weeks leaves.

What we do

What we deliver for branding and graphic design studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A keyword list built on project words

Bids placed on packaging design, brand guidelines, rebranding and menu design, with the broad category words left out entirely.

Result: The clicks you pay for arrive with a budget attached.

  2. A landing page per project type

The restaurant owner who clicked on cafe branding arrives at the cafe project, brief and constraint and all, rather than at a grid of thumbnails.

Result: The click lands on the proof.

  3. A negative list for free, cheap and template

Blocks on logo maker, design course, template and the gig platform names, reviewed each week against what people actually typed.

Result: The cheap logo enquiry stops arriving through your ads.

  4. An on and off switch tied to your capacity

An agreed rule for pausing spend when the studio is full, and for restarting it a few weeks before the current project delivers.

Result: You never take an enquiry you cannot answer for three weeks.

  5. A form that asks the budget question early

A short form after the ad asking what the business is, when it opens and what range they have in mind, before any call is booked.

Result: You know before the call whether your fee will survive.

  6. Spend and enquiries reported against the fee

What went to the platform, what came back as enquiries and what became signed projects, reported monthly against the baseline. Media spend stays yours, separate from our fee.

Result: You can see what a real brief costs you.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for branding and graphic design studios

  1. 1

    Assess

During the free audit we review where your last projects came from, how quotes were decided, how many revision rounds each took, and which clients came back.

  2. 2

    Package the work

Scoped packages, a paid discovery stage and a revision policy written down before the next quote goes out.

  3. 3

    Rebuild the portfolio

Case pages grouped by project type, with the brief and thinking behind each piece.

  4. 4

    Grow referrals

Partner relationships with architects, interior designers, printers and incubators, tracked so none go quiet.

  5. 5

    Keep the client

A handover conversation and retainer offer so the next brochure, pack or signboard comes back to the studio.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why a studio brings us in for its own pipeline.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

We work the part after the enquiry as well: the reply, the follow-up, the proposal and the CRM your own pipeline runs on.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will ads bring cheap logo enquiries?
They will if the keywords stay broad. Negatives for free, cheap and template stop them.
What should a small studio spend?
Enough for a few clicks a day on narrow project words. Media spend is yours, separate from our fee.
How do we justify our fee against cheap online logos?
Show what the fee buys beyond the file. A cheap logo comes with no trademark check, no guidelines and no artwork sized for the signboard. A scoped package lists those lines, so the founder sees what the gig-site price leaves out.
Should we check trademarks before presenting a name?
Yes, at least a basic public search of the trademark registry in the client's class. Add a note that a formal search and filing belong with a trademark attorney. It saves the client from falling in love with a name they cannot protect.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
