Business coaches and corporate trainers · Lead generation

Fill the diary with enquiries that have a budget holder behind them.

Lead generation for a coach or trainer is getting enquiries in from talks, webinars and referrals, then finding out who behind them can approve a spend. GullySales builds the capture and the qualifying questions, and logs every enquiry against the source that produced it.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For business coaches and corporate trainers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A room of sixty HR managers is a lead source, and it leaks

You speak, people nod, and nobody collects the names. The follow-up then depends on who happens to send a LinkedIn request that week.

  • The free-advice caller books the same slot as the buyer

An hour given to someone who wanted a free consultation is an hour the L and D head who wanted a proposal could not get.

  • A webinar registration is not an enquiry yet

Fifty sign-ups for a free session mean nothing until each one is checked for role, team size and whether money was set aside this year.

What we do

What we deliver for business coaches and corporate trainers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A booking form that asks role, team size and dates

A short form before any discovery call is confirmed: who they are, how many people the programme is for, and when it has to run.

Result: You know before the call whether there is a programme in it.

  2. Name capture at every talk and webinar

A way to collect names, roles and companies in the room or on the call, with consent, going straight into the CRM rather than a notebook.

Result: The people who watched you speak are still reachable next month.

  3. A recorded talk for the people who only want advice

A recorded session or short guide sent to anyone who is not buying, so the answer is generous and your calendar stays clear.

Result: Nobody is turned away, and nobody takes an hour they were never going to pay for.

  4. A first-reply script that finds the approver

The questions asked in the first reply to a corporate enquiry: who owns the problem, who signs, and whether empanelment is needed.

Result: The proposal goes to the person who can approve it.

  5. Every enquiry tagged to the source that produced it

Talk, webinar, referral, search or outreach recorded against each enquiry, and reported monthly against the audit baseline.

Result: You stop guessing which effort is filling the diary.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for business coaches and corporate trainers

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we look at where your engagements have come from, how discovery calls convert, and where proposals are stalling in the approval chain.

  2. 2

    Name the offer

Each programme or coaching package written up with who it is for, the outcome, the format and a sample agenda.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Clips, case notes, consented quotes and credentials organised so a buyer can check your work.

  4. 4

    Reach the buyers

LinkedIn content, association talks, webinars and outreach to HR heads and founders, timed to budget cycles.

  5. 5

    Close and extend

Proposal follow-up through HR, the business head and procurement, and a follow-on cohort or coaching proposal after every programme.

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we stop giving away an hour on every discovery call?
Ask three questions before the slot is confirmed: the role, the team size and when the programme has to run. Send everyone else a recorded talk instead.
Which source brings the best corporate enquiries?
A talk in front of HR heads, and a referral from a past participant who has changed companies. Both take longer than ads to build and hold up better. The free audit counts your own enquiries by source first.
Do we need to be empanelled with a company before we can train there?
Often, yes, for larger companies. Procurement usually wants GST and PAN details, bank information and sometimes an MSME certificate before it raises a purchase order. We keep these in a ready kit, so an approved proposal does not lose weeks to paperwork.
Should a trainer publish rates on the website?
For corporate programmes, usually not, since the fee depends on group size, days and customisation. For life coaching packages, a starting price can save time on discovery calls with people who cannot afford the package.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
