Business coaches and corporate trainers · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the programme an HR head types, not for the word coaching.

SEO for a coach or trainer decides whether an L and D head searching for a first-time manager programme finds your page or a training marketplace. GullySales writes a page for each programme you run, clears what keeps those pages out of results, and reports which searches brought an enquiry.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For business coaches and corporate trainers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The buyer searches a programme name, not a category

An HR manager types first time manager training or POSH training for employees. The word coaching brings in students and people after free advice.

  • Your own name is the search that follows a talk

Someone who heard you speak at an HR chapter meeting looks you up that evening. An old course listing should not sit above your own site.

  • Open workshops and in-house programmes are two different searches

Someone buying a seat searches a city and a date. An L and D head wants an in-house batch and a proposal. One page cannot do both.

What we do

What we deliver for business coaches and corporate trainers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each programme you actually run

One page each for the first-time manager programme, the sales training and the rest, with outcome, format, duration and a sample agenda.

Result: Each programme can be found on its own terms.

  2. A page in your own name

A page built around the name people search after hearing you speak, carrying your talks, credentials and the programmes you run.

Result: The person who just heard you speak lands on your site, not a directory.

  3. Separate pages for open workshops and in-house batches

One page selling seats by date and city, another written for an HR head who needs an agenda to forward internally.

Result: Two very different buyers each get a page that answers them.

  4. The search terms HR uses, checked against your programme list

A list of what L and D teams actually type, matched against what you deliver, so the gaps show up before anything is written.

Result: You write pages for demand that exists.

  5. Monthly search reporting by programme page

Position and enquiries for each programme page every month, measured against the baseline recorded before work started.

Result: You see which programme is worth more pages and which is not.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for business coaches and corporate trainers

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we look at where your engagements have come from, how discovery calls convert, and where proposals are stalling in the approval chain.

  2. 2

    Name the offer

Each programme or coaching package written up with who it is for, the outcome, the format and a sample agenda.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Clips, case notes, consented quotes and credentials organised so a buyer can check your work.

  4. 4

    Reach the buyers

LinkedIn content, association talks, webinars and outreach to HR heads and founders, timed to budget cycles.

  5. 5

    Close and extend

Proposal follow-up through HR, the business head and procurement, and a follow-on cohort or coaching proposal after every programme.

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How long does SEO take for a training business?
Months for a programme page to outrank the training marketplaces. A search for your own name moves faster, because your site already has the advantage and only needs the right page.
Should the page be about coaching or about the problem?
The problem. An HR head searches for managers who avoid feedback conversations, not for a coaching philosophy. Name the gap in the heading, then the format below it.
Do we need to be empanelled with a company before we can train there?
Often, yes, for larger companies. Procurement usually wants GST and PAN details, bank information and sometimes an MSME certificate before it raises a purchase order. We keep these in a ready kit, so an approved proposal does not lose weeks to paperwork.
Should a trainer publish rates on the website?
For corporate programmes, usually not, since the fee depends on group size, days and customisation. For life coaching packages, a starting price can save time on discovery calls with people who cannot afford the package.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
