Business coaches and corporate trainers · Digital marketing

Turn one talk into a month of reasons for a buyer to remember you.

Digital marketing for a coach or trainer ties the talk, the webinar, the post and the programme page into one plan, because the coach is the product. GullySales sets that plan against the training budget year and reports enquiries rather than impressions.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For business coaches and corporate trainers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • One talk should not be used once

A forty-minute session at an HR chapter meeting is also a webinar, five posts and an article, if somebody records it.

  • The plan follows the budget year, not the calendar year

Programmes are planned in February and March for a year starting in April. The outreach that decides next year's diary happens while this year's is busiest.

  • Open workshops and in-house programmes pull in opposite directions

A public workshop needs seats filled by a date, which is an advertising job. An in-house programme needs one HR head convinced, which is not.

What we do

What we deliver for business coaches and corporate trainers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One calendar built around your speaking diary

A plan that starts from the talks, webinars and programmes already booked, and puts the posting, writing and outreach around them.

Result: The marketing runs off work you were doing anyway.

  2. Recording and clipping set up for every session

A routine for capturing audio and video at talks and webinars, with client permission agreed beforehand, and the clips cut afterwards.

Result: Every session you deliver leaves something behind.

  3. A programme page that survives being forwarded

A page carrying the agenda, format, duration, outcomes and your credentials, written for a business head and a procurement officer who never met you.

Result: The HR head who liked you can sell you internally without being in the room.

  4. Outreach timed to the February and March planning window

A dated push to HR and L and D contacts with next year's programme calendar, while the new year's budgets are being written.

Result: Your programmes are in the plan before the money is allocated.

  5. One monthly report across every channel

Enquiries by channel and by programme in a single report, compared with the baseline recorded at the audit.

Result: You can drop the channel that is only producing applause.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for business coaches and corporate trainers

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we look at where your engagements have come from, how discovery calls convert, and where proposals are stalling in the approval chain.

  2. 2

    Name the offer

Each programme or coaching package written up with who it is for, the outcome, the format and a sample agenda.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Clips, case notes, consented quotes and credentials organised so a buyer can check your work.

  4. 4

    Reach the buyers

LinkedIn content, association talks, webinars and outreach to HR heads and founders, timed to budget cycles.

  5. 5

    Close and extend

Proposal follow-up through HR, the business head and procurement, and a follow-on cohort or coaching proposal after every programme.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are one person. What can we realistically run?
One channel where your buyer already is, and one thing that gets reused. For corporate work that means LinkedIn and a recorded talk. The rest waits until there is somebody to run it.
Do we need a website if LinkedIn brings the enquiries?
Yes. The HR head who met you has to forward something to a business head and then to procurement, and those people want an agenda, a format and your credentials on a page.
Do we need to be empanelled with a company before we can train there?
Often, yes, for larger companies. Procurement usually wants GST and PAN details, bank information and sometimes an MSME certificate before it raises a purchase order. We keep these in a ready kit, so an approved proposal does not lose weeks to paperwork.
Should a trainer publish rates on the website?
For corporate programmes, usually not, since the fee depends on group size, days and customisation. For life coaching packages, a starting price can save time on discovery calls with people who cannot afford the package.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
