CNC machining companies · Google Business Profile

Show up when a local buyer searches for a machining vendor nearby.

A Google Business Profile for a CNC machining company is the Maps listing a buyer checks to confirm your shop is real and what it runs. GullySales sets it up with the right categories, your industrial estate, real machine photographs and a review routine. It is then kept current as machines are added.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What Google Business Profile means

A Google Business Profile is the free listing that shows your address, hours, photos and reviews when someone searches for your business or a nearby competitor on Google and Maps. GullySales sets it up correctly, keeps it updated and posts to it regularly so it works as a steady source of calls and direction requests.

For CNC machining companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Industrial area names matter in the profile”

Buyers often search by estate, such as "CNC job work Peenya" or "machining Bommasandra". The profile's address pin and description should name the estate your shop actually sits in.

  • “Photographs of machines build more trust than a logo”

A vendor development engineer checking a new shop looks for the VMC, the turning centres and the inspection room. Real photographs of those, with finished parts, answer the capability question before the website does.

  • “Categories should match the actual work, not a generic label”

"Machine shop" as the main category, with the right secondary ones, puts you in machining searches. A broad label such as "manufacturer" puts you alongside every factory in the estate.

What we do

What we deliver for CNC machining companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Profile set up with your industrial area named

Your Google Business Profile written to name the industrial estate you sit in, such as Peenya or Bommasandra, alongside your categories.

Result: A buyer searching by industrial area finds you in the results.

  2. Machine and component photographs on the profile

Real photographs of your CNC machines and finished parts added to the profile, replacing a bare listing with no images.

Result: A buyer checking capability sees proof before opening your website.

  3. Precise categories matched to your actual work

"Machine shop" set as the main category, with secondary categories chosen from Google's list to match your real work, instead of a broad manufacturing label.

Result: The searches that find you already match what you can do.

  4. Profile kept current with each new capability

Photographs, categories and details updated whenever a machine, certification or capability changes, rather than left as they were at setup.

Result: A buyer sees the plant you run today, not the one you ran three years ago.

  5. Reviews requested after a completed order

A short, factual ask sent to a satisfied buyer once a delivery is confirmed accepted, timed while the experience is fresh.

Result: The profile shows recent proof, not just an old review or none.

How the result is measured

  • Profile views
  • Calls from the listing
  • Direction requests

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for CNC machining companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how clear your capability page is, how long a quote currently takes to go out, and where your enquiries actually come from.

  2. 2

Build the capability page and the quote routine

Pages that list materials, tolerances and machine capacity clearly, and a same-day acknowledgement routine for every RFQ that arrives.

  3. 3

Get found for the exact capability

Search visibility and directory presence built around the specific machining, material and tolerance searches your buyers actually run.

  4. 4

    Bring buyers in

Search, IndiaMART and targeted outreach for the segments you want, backed by a portfolio of past work buyers can check.

  5. 5

    Keep the account

A call after every quote and every delivery, plus a note of each rejection's cause so the same fault is not shipped twice.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Does this matter for a B2B shop with no walk-in customers?
Yes. Many procurement engineers check Google Maps before they send a drawing to a shop they have not used. A profile with a real address, machine photographs and a few reviews from buyers tells them the shop exists and is busy.
Our shop is inside a shared shed. Can we still get a profile?
Usually, if you have your own signboard at the address and can pass Google's verification, which may ask for a video of the premises. Sharing a gate with other units is common in estates like Peenya. An address where the shop does not operate, such as a virtual office, breaks Google's rules and can get the profile suspended.
How often should it be updated?
Whenever a machine, certification or capability changes. A new five-axis machine is worth a post and fresh photographs the week it is commissioned. Otherwise, add recent photographs of real jobs every few months so the profile does not look abandoned.
How soon would we see more RFQs?
Fixing quote turnaround and the capability page shows within weeks. Ranking for a search such as five-axis machining in your industrial area takes a few months.
Do we need to advertise?
Most shops benefit first from a faster quote response and a clearer website. Advertising helps when you want a specific capability, such as export orders, pushed this quarter.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
