Corporate training companies · Content marketing

Answer the questions an L&D head asks before they ever call a vendor.

Content marketing for a corporate training company is the set of articles, sample sessions and case notes that settle an HR manager's doubts before the first call. GullySales takes the questions from your own enquiry calls and has your trainers supply the substance, so each piece is written from the classroom.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For corporate training companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Management advice reaches managers, not buyers”

A post on five habits of effective leaders is read by managers. The HR head who signs the purchase order wants to know how a needs analysis works and what happens after the session.

  • “The best material is in the trainer's head”

A facilitator who has run many batches has stories from every one and writes none down. The website carries a paragraph about passion for learning.

  • “Proof is vague”

A row of logos and the phrase trusted by leading companies tell an HR head nothing about the room: who attended, what their managers saw afterwards, what the client changed.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate training companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A question list from your own calls

The doubts HR heads raised in your last proposals and calls, grouped by stage, from first worry to the day they send the purchase order.

Result: Every piece answers something a buyer has actually asked.

  2. Articles written with the trainers

Each carries the trainer's name and one worked example from a session, edited by us for the buyer's reading level.

Result: The page shows a person who has run the room.

  3. A sample session extract

A short video or slide set from a real session, shared with the written consent of the participants and the client.

Result: A buyer sees the trainer before they commit.

  4. Case notes cleared by the client

The problem, the programme, and what the client's own manager observed, in the client's words and approved in writing before use.

Result: Proof a buyer can quote to their own boss.

  5. A briefing checklist for HR buyers

How to write a training brief, what to ask a vendor and how to read a proposal, useful even if the buyer chooses someone else.

Result: Your site is where HR heads send their juniors.

  6. Each piece used more than once

Every article cut into a LinkedIn post, a line in an email to your permitted list and a paragraph in the next proposal.

Result: One afternoon of the trainer's time reaches three audiences.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

The questions an HR or L&D head asks before shortlisting a vendor, and the piece that answers each.

How do we know which programme our managers need?
A guide to running a training-needs analysis through manager interviews and a short survey, with the template attached. It shows the buyer that you start from their problem and not from your catalogue.
Will it be generic, or about our business?
A piece explaining how you adapt cases and role-plays to the client, with one worked example from an industry. Remove names unless the client has agreed in writing.
What happens after the two days?
Describe the follow-up you offer: practice tasks, a conversation with each participant's manager and a short re-check. Say plainly what the client's own managers must do, because behaviour changes only if they do.
How will we know it worked?
Set out what you collect: attendance, feedback, a skills check before and after, a manager's observation. Be honest that a feedback form measures the day and not the change at work.
Can we see the trainer first?
A trainer profile with a recorded extract and the topics and industries covered. Explain how a client can sit in on a session or ask for a short paid pilot.
Can you cover our plants in two cities?
A delivery page naming the cities where your own trainers are based, when you bring in panel trainers and who checks the quality of a session the client did not attend.

Who it is for

This is written for these corporate training companies.

  • Soft skills and behavioural training firms
  • Leadership and manager development companies
  • Sales and customer service training firms
  • IT, software and technical skills trainers
  • Compliance and safety training providers
  • Shopfloor and supervisor training for manufacturers
  • Campus-to-corporate and fresher induction providers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for corporate training companies

  1. 1

Audit the last year of proposals

We trace where each enquiry came from, how fast it was answered, which proposals were sent and why each was won or lost, using your emails and the sales sheet.

  2. 2

Fix the record and the reply

One enquiry and RFQ record, a needs-conversation sheet and saved replies for each source, with a named owner for the shared inbox.

  3. 3

Build the pages and the empanelment pack

A page for every programme, trainer profiles with permission, a company details page and one folder of vendor documents.

  4. 4

Reach the buyers before budgets are set

Search, LinkedIn, permitted email and past clients lined up ahead of each company's planning period, with effort moved to the sources that produce proposals.

  5. 5

Follow through to the purchase order

Each proposal followed to a PO, a repeat order or a recorded no, and reported against the baseline taken at the start.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our trainers are busy delivering. Who writes the content?
The trainers supply a voice note or a rough page after a session, and an editor shapes it into the article. Fifteen minutes of a trainer's attention gets a real example onto the page, which a freelance writer cannot invent.
Should we publish in Hindi or Kannada as well as English?
Publish in the language the buyer reads. HR heads in IT and banking read English. Plant managers and owner-run firms often respond to a page in Hindi, Kannada or Tamil, especially for shopfloor programmes taught in that language.
Is video better than articles for a training company?
Use both for different jobs. A two-minute session extract answers whether the trainer holds a room. An article answers how a needs analysis works, and a buyer can search and forward it. Start with the article, then add a clip.
A trainer who wrote our articles has left. Can we keep them up?
Only if the agreement says the firm may. Write that into every trainer's terms now, and keep the trainer's name only with their consent. If they leave on bad terms, replace the byline and rework the example with the next trainer.
Should we sell the programme or the trainer?
Sell the programme and show the trainer as part of it. A buyer who falls for one facilitator takes the account with them if the person leaves. Put trainer profiles beside each programme, and keep the client relationship with a named account owner in the firm.
Do we need to be empanelled with large companies?
Only if they are the buyers you want. Empanelment brings repeat work but costs paperwork and, often, a lower rate. Keep your documents in one folder and apply to companies you chose, instead of every portal that sends an invitation.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
