Corporate training companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page an HR head finds when the search names the skill and the industry.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) for a corporate training company decides whether an HR or L&D manager finds your programmes when they search a topic, a team and a city. GullySales builds a page for each programme and each industry you serve, and fixes the site faults that keep those pages out of results.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For corporate training companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search the problem, not the course title”

An HR manager types supervisor communication training for manufacturing, or a leadership programme for first-time managers in Bengaluru. A page headed Our Programmes with twenty titles in a list matches none of those searches.

  • “Trainer profiles outrank the firm”

A panel trainer's LinkedIn articles and a listing site's directory entry sit above your own website, because your site is a page of logos and a contact form.

  • “The detail sits in brochures sent on request”

Outlines live in PDF decks that a buyer has to email for. A search engine cannot read what a visitor must ask for, so the programme does not exist for it.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate training companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for every programme

Audience, objectives, session plan, assessment and what participants carry back, written on its own page instead of inside a brochure.

Result: An HR manager can forward the link to a business head.

  2. Pages by industry served

Manufacturing, IT services, banking, retail and hospitals each get a page naming the roles you train and the problems that industry brings to the classroom.

Result: A search by industry lands on a page written for it.

  3. Format and city pages where they are true

A page for each city where a trainer is based or you deliver regularly, saying whether you train at the client's premises, online or in an open batch.

Result: A plant HR manager sees you can reach their site.

  4. Trainer profile pages

Each facilitator's topics, languages, industries worked in and sessions delivered, published with the trainer's written permission.

Result: A search for the person leads back to the firm behind them.

  5. Site faults cleared first

Outlines locked in PDFs, one duplicate page per trainer, workshop photographs that slow a phone and forms that fail on submit, fixed before new pages go up.

Result: A good programme page is no longer held back by the site around it.

  6. Search visits traced to enquiries

Visits to each programme page, the enquiries they produce and the proposals that follow, set against the baseline recorded at the audit.

Result: You can see which programmes search is selling.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What an HR or L&D manager types when a training need lands on their desk, and the page that should answer it.

Leadership training for first-time managers in Bengaluru
A programme page naming the roles it suits, the outline and whether it runs in-house, online or as an open batch. Put the audience in the first paragraph, since the HR manager matches it to a name on a promotion list.
Soft skills training for engineers in an IT company
An industry page built on the situations your trainers handle: code reviews, client calls, handovers to a support team. Describe one real classroom exercise without naming the client.
POSH awareness session for employees and committee members
A page saying who the session is for, whether it covers staff or the internal committee, and the trainer's background. Add that the employer should confirm what the law requires with its own legal adviser.
Safety training for factory supervisors in Peenya
A shopfloor page naming the language of delivery and the venue options. Plant HR searches for Kannada, Hindi or Tamil delivery by name, and few training sites answer it.
Sales training for a field team in Pune
A city page listing the sales topics you cover and how a session is built around the client's own price list and objections. Name no client without written permission.
Fresher induction programme for a new campus batch
A bridge programme page showing the topics, how much is classroom and how much is project work, and what report the HR manager receives afterwards. Hiring managers search this before the batch joins.

This is written for these corporate training companies.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for corporate training companies

  1. 1

Audit the last year of proposals

We trace where each enquiry came from, how fast it was answered, which proposals were sent and why each was won or lost, using your emails and the sales sheet.

  2. 2

Fix the record and the reply

One enquiry and RFQ record, a needs-conversation sheet and saved replies for each source, with a named owner for the shared inbox.

  3. 3

Build the pages and the empanelment pack

A page for every programme, trainer profiles with permission, a company details page and one folder of vendor documents.

  4. 4

Reach the buyers before budgets are set

Search, LinkedIn, permitted email and past clients lined up ahead of each company's planning period, with effort moved to the sources that produce proposals.

  5. 5

Follow through to the purchase order

Each proposal followed to a PO, a repeat order or a recorded no, and reported against the baseline taken at the start.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should every programme have its own page when we adapt the content for each client?
Yes. The page describes the standard version and says the examples and role-plays are adapted to the client's roles. A buyer then knows to expect a needs conversation, not a fixed syllabus, and a search engine has a page to match.
Do we need a blog?
Not before the programme, industry and trainer pages are right. After that, articles on what buyers ask, such as how to write a training brief, earn their place. Ask the trainers for the substance and edit it, instead of hiring a general writer.
Should we make a page for every city in India?
Only where you have a trainer based or deliver often enough to name the venue types and the languages. A page per city with the name swapped is thin content, and it pulls down the pages that are true.
The freelancer who built our site holds the login. Does that matter?
Yes. Get the domain registered in the company's name and the hosting and analytics accounts held by the company, with a second person able to sign in. A site you cannot edit is a site you cannot fix when a programme changes.
Should we sell the programme or the trainer?
Sell the programme and show the trainer as part of it. A buyer who falls for one facilitator takes the account with them if the person leaves. Put trainer profiles beside each programme, and keep the client relationship with a named account owner in the firm.
Do we need to be empanelled with large companies?
Only if they are the buyers you want. Empanelment brings repeat work but costs paperwork and, often, a lower rate. Keep your documents in one folder and apply to companies you chose, instead of every portal that sends an invitation.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
