Dental clinics · Apartment advertising

Your patients live in four buildings, and each one has a secretary.

Apartment advertising for a dental clinic is the lift panel, the notice board and the weekend desk inside the societies your patients already walk from. GullySales collects each association's written permission first, keeps the wording inside what the dental council allows, and gives every building its own number so you know which one called.

What apartment advertising means

Apartment advertising is media and activity inside residential communities: the notice board, the lift panel, a Sunday stall. GullySales gets the association's written permission first, because anything put up without it comes down.

For dental clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Permission comes before the printer

Standees printed for forty societies are forty chances to be told no. The secretary agrees to a format, a position and a period in writing, and the print order is cut to match the buildings that actually cleared.

  • A lift panel sells a cleaning, not a full mouth rehabilitation

Nobody commits to implants from a poster beside the lift. The board earns its money on the scaling appointment, the child's check-up and the Sunday slot, and the bigger treatment is discussed in the chair.

  • Council limits travel with the message, not the medium

Discounts, before and after photographs and claims of being the best sit under the same advertising norms inside a building as they do on a website, and the registration at risk is yours. Your council or your adviser rules on the copy, and the design follows what survives that.

  • Fifteen buildings is fifteen places you will never visit

A panel reports nothing and a watchman can take one down in week two. Dated photographs from each society, plus a separate number per cluster, are what turn this into a campaign you can renew or stop.

What we do

What we deliver for dental clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Society list drawn by walking distance

The buildings inside the distance somebody will walk or ride for a twenty-minute appointment, read off the addresses in your own appointment book.

Result: Boards go up where your patients already live.

  2. Written approval from each association

The secretary or facility manager agreeing the format, the spot and the month, along with any charge the society levies, collected before anything is printed.

Result: Nothing you paid to produce comes off the wall the next morning.

  3. Artwork measured for each board

A panel cut to that lift's frame, a notice board sheet in the size the board takes, and the language the residents of that building actually read.

Result: Your board is legible and nobody folds it to fit.

  4. Copy cleared against the council norms

The offer, the qualification line and any image read against what is permitted for a practice, and sent to your adviser before the print order.

Result: The clinic advertises without putting a registration in question.

  5. A screening desk where the association allows one

A Sunday table in the clubhouse with a dentist present, appointments written down on the spot, and consent taken for the follow-up call.

Result: You leave the building with names to call on Monday.

  6. Dated photographs from every building

A picture of your panel in place, with the date, at the start of the period and again before it ends.

Result: You know what is actually up in the societies you pay for.

  7. One number per cluster of buildings

A WhatsApp line used on these boards only, with the front desk recording which building each new patient lives in.

Result: Societies that never called are dropped from the next round.

How the result is measured

  • Communities covered
  • Permissions in writing
  • Enquiries quoting the community code

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these dental clinics.

  • Single-dentist clinics

  • Dental clinics inside a multi-speciality centre

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for dental clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Maps position for priority treatments, your reply time on phone and WhatsApp, your reviews, and where quotes are being lost.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A missed-call and WhatsApp routine the front desk can follow, and a record of every enquiry and quote given.

  3. 3

    Build the treatment pages

A page per priority treatment, written for the patient's question, with the dentist's qualification and a clear booking step.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, reviews from real patients, and advertising for the treatments where the search already exists and chair time is free.

  5. 5

    Keep them coming back

Recall reminders, quote follow-up on a fixed schedule, and a referral ask timed to a good outcome.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can a dental clinic advertise inside an apartment society?
The association decides on the media and your council decides on the words. Many buildings allow a notice board and nothing else, and some allow no commercial material at all. Put the claim you want to make in front of your own adviser first, because the registration exposed is yours and not the society's.
The society wants a fee of its own. Is that usual?
Yes, and it sits apart from whatever a vendor quotes for the panel. Ask what the charge covers, for how long, and who takes the board down at the end. Get it into the same written note as the permission, or it comes up again in month two.
How soon would we see more patients?
Fixing reply time and the Maps profile shows in weeks, since the searches are already happening. Building reviews and ranking treatment pages takes months.
Do we need to advertise?
Most clinics benefit first from the profile and the reply routine. Advertising makes sense for a treatment where you need a chair filled this month.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
