Dental clinics · Outdoor advertising

Buy the junction people cross to reach you, not the main road across town.

Outdoor advertising for a dental clinic is a small buy on the roads people use to reach you: a pole kiosk at the junction, a bus shelter, the board above your own door. GullySales picks the sites by the direction traffic moves past them, then checks the lighting, the permission and the mounting date.

What outdoor advertising means

Outdoor advertising is the hoarding, billboard, bus shelter or digital screen on a road your buyers already use. GullySales picks the sites from where your customers actually come from, coordinates the booking with the media owner, and gives the campaign a traceable route so it is not judged on guesswork.

For dental clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your catchment is a few kilometres, not the city

A patient picks the clinic they can walk out of after a root canal. A hoarding on a highway two suburbs away is bought for people who will never sit in your chair.

  • The panel sells nearness, not dentistry

A rider reads six words at a signal. Your name, one treatment and the landmark you sit beside beat a list of services in small type.

  • The signboard above your door is a site you already own

A glow sign that is unreadable from one direction, or dark by eight, loses more patients than a month of kiosks brings. Stand across the road and look at it.

  • What the board may claim follows your registration

Dental council rules decide what can be said in public about a dentist, a result or a price. Get the wording confirmed with your council or your own adviser before it is printed.

What we do

What we deliver for dental clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site list drawn from your appointment book

The localities your current patients already travel from, mapped against the junctions, bus stops and lanes between them and your door.

Result: Sites come from where patients live, not from a vendor's list.

  2. Facing and lighting checked on foot

Each shortlisted panel photographed from where a rider sits, with a second visit after dark to see whether the lights actually come on.

Result: You know what the site looks like at the hour patients pass.

  3. Permission and mounting date in the booking

The media owner asked who holds the licence for that structure, and the date the flex goes up written into the order rather than left to the crew.

Result: The panel is up on the day you paid for.

  4. Artwork built for a moving glance

Name, one treatment and the landmark, set inside the safe area so the frame does not swallow the phone number.

Result: It reads at speed, from across the carriageway.

  5. Your own signage and approach audited

The door board, the lane sign and the building name read at night and in the rain, with a short list of what to repair or relight.

Result: A patient who was told to look for you finds you.

  6. A number printed outdoors and nowhere else

One line at the front desk used only on these panels, with the receptionist asking every new caller where they saw it.

Result: You can say which junction is filling the chair.

How the result is measured

  • Sites booked
  • Proof of display received
  • Enquiries quoting the campaign route

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for dental clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Maps position for priority treatments, your reply time on phone and WhatsApp, your reviews, and where quotes are being lost.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A missed-call and WhatsApp routine the front desk can follow, and a record of every enquiry and quote given.

  3. 3

    Build the treatment pages

A page per priority treatment, written for the patient's question, with the dentist's qualification and a clear booking step.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, reviews from real patients, and advertising for the treatments where the search already exists and chair time is free.

  5. 5

    Keep them coming back

Recall reminders, quote follow-up on a fixed schedule, and a referral ask timed to a good outcome.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

  • Nanda Arthritis and Rheumatology Center

    Situation
There was no website, so a patient looking for a rheumatologist had no way to learn about the centre. Enquiries were few, and the ones that arrived came by word of mouth.

    • Search work
    • Google Business and reviews

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a hoarding worth it for a single-chair clinic?
A large hoarding rarely is. The same money buys two or three small panels inside riding distance, held for a full display cycle so the same commuters pass them again and again. One big site for a fortnight leaves nothing behind.
How will we know the board brought patients in?
Only through the route you build into it. The panel carries a number used nowhere else, and the desk asks every new patient where they heard of the clinic. A site counts nothing by itself, and a viewer figure quoted to you is an estimate.
How soon would we see more patients?
Fixing reply time and the Maps profile shows in weeks, since the searches are already happening. Building reviews and ranking treatment pages takes months.
Do we need to advertise?
Most clinics benefit first from the profile and the reply routine. Advertising makes sense for a treatment where you need a chair filled this month.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
