Dental clinics · Cinema advertising

Buy the screen your patients drive past, and sell the treatment worth the drive.

Cinema advertising for a dental clinic buys a slide or a short film in the reel on one screen for a week. It earns its place for implants, aligners and a clinic opening, where a patient will travel. GullySales picks the screens inside your catchment and puts a scannable code on the slide.

What cinema advertising means

Cinema advertising is a slide or a film before the show at screens near your business, plus the lobby around them. GullySales chooses the screens by catchment rather than by chain, and puts a QR code on the slide so the spend can be judged.

For dental clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The hall is wider than your catchment

A multiplex pulls families from across the city. Your check-up patients come from a few kilometres, so most of those seats hold people who will never book with you.

  • Spend it on the treatment worth a journey

An implant, a full mouth rehabilitation or aligners for a teenager justifies the drive and the slot. A scale and polish does not, and nobody changes clinic for one.

  • What a slide may show is your council's question

Before-and-after photographs of a patient's mouth carry consent and council questions, and it is your registration at stake. Ask your council or your own adviser before the artwork, not once the reel is running.

  • Braces get decided in the school holidays

A parent sitting through a family release in April is planning a year of orthodontic appointments around school timings. Which weeks you buy matters more than how many screens.

What we do

What we deliver for dental clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Screen list drawn by drive time

The properties a patient in your catchment actually goes to, measured by how far people already travel to your chair rather than by a city package.

Result: You stop paying for a hall filled from the other end of town.

  2. Release week check before the order

What is scheduled on those screens in your weeks, read before booking, since the rate does not fall when the hall is half empty.

Result: The same money buys a seated audience.

  3. A slide built for the back row

One line, the clinic name, the treatment and a code large enough to scan from the middle of the hall. No paragraph and no price list.

Result: Somebody can read it in the seconds it is up.

  4. Claims checked with the dentist who signs them

Copy read against what your dental council permits and against what each patient has consented to in writing.

Result: The slide carries nothing that puts a registration at risk.

  5. A code the reel alone uses

A QR opening a consultation page built for this campaign, with one question the front desk asks every new caller.

Result: An appointment can be put down to the screen that started it.

  6. Reporting by screen and by week

Scans, coded calls and booked appointments read against the weeks bought and the baseline recorded before the campaign began.

Result: Screens that gave nothing are dropped from the next run.

How the result is measured

  • Screens and weeks run
  • Scans by screen
  • Enquiries traced to the cinema route

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for dental clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Maps position for priority treatments, your reply time on phone and WhatsApp, your reviews, and where quotes are being lost.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A missed-call and WhatsApp routine the front desk can follow, and a record of every enquiry and quote given.

  3. 3

    Build the treatment pages

A page per priority treatment, written for the patient's question, with the dentist's qualification and a clear booking step.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, reviews from real patients, and advertising for the treatments where the search already exists and chair time is free.

  5. 5

    Keep them coming back

Recall reminders, quote follow-up on a fixed schedule, and a referral ask timed to a good outcome.

    Situation
There was no website, so a patient looking for a rheumatologist had no way to learn about the centre. Enquiries were few, and the ones that arrived came by word of mouth.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will a cinema slide bring in implant patients?
Not on its own. It puts the clinic in front of a seated hall in the weeks you choose, and the enquiry arrives days later through the code or through a search for your name. The Maps listing and the treatment page it lands on have to be ready first.
How do we know anybody in that hall called us?
Through the QR code and one question at the front desk. The cinema counts tickets, not enquiries, and nobody there can say who wrote your number down. Scans on a page used nowhere else are the only figure we will stand behind.
How soon would we see more patients?
Fixing reply time and the Maps profile shows in weeks, since the searches are already happening. Building reviews and ranking treatment pages takes months.
Do we need to advertise?
Most clinics benefit first from the profile and the reply routine. Advertising makes sense for a treatment where you need a chair filled this month.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
