CBSE schools · Website

Make the school website answer what parents ask before they pick up the phone.

A website for a CBSE school is the set of pages parents read to compare the school with others near them. GullySales plans, writes and structures those pages so admissions, stages, transport and contact are easy to find on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For CBSE schools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents read on a phone”

A parent reads on a handset between meetings. Large menus, tiny text and slow image galleries make the page hard to use. The admissions steps should be one tap from the home page.

  • “The affiliation line is not enough”

Parents expect to see the stages, subject choices, facilities, transport and how to apply. A page that only states the board number gives them nothing to compare.

  • “Pages must match the office”

If the website lists documents the office does not ask for, or the reverse, parents lose trust. One person should own the facts and approve changes.

  • “Mandatory disclosures need care”

Schools publish certain information under board and state requirements. Check with your own management what must appear, and keep it current.

What we do

What we deliver for CBSE schools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site map for a school

Home, admissions, transfer, each stage, facilities, transport, contact and visit booking.

Result: A map the management approves before writing.

  2. Admissions and transfer pages

Steps, documents and entry classes, with a visit-booking form.

Result: Two pages that match the office reply.

  3. Stage pages

Primary, middle, secondary and senior secondary, each describing subjects and the school's approach.

Result: Four pages written for the parent of that stage.

  4. Mobile layout and page speed review

A check of how each page loads and reads on a phone.

Result: A list of fixes and a tested result.

  5. Content ownership sheet

Who updates each page and when it is checked.

Result: A sheet that names an owner for each page.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these CBSE schools.

  • Day schools with classes from nursery to Class 12
  • CBSE schools running Class 1 to 10 only
  • Schools run by a trust, society or educational group
  • Private unaided CBSE schools in city suburbs
  • CBSE schools attached to a residential campus
  • Schools serving transferred central government, defence or corporate families
  • New CBSE schools in their first affiliated years
  • Schools that run exam-preparation classes in Class 11 and 12

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can you improve the old one?
We review the old one first. If the structure and wording can be fixed, we do that. A rebuild is proposed only when the pages cannot serve admissions.
Can we show photographs of students?
Only with written parental consent. Keep a record, and let the school decide how pictures are used. Check the rules with your own adviser.
Where should the enquiry form sit?
On the admissions page and the transfer page, with a short version on the home page. It asks for the entry class so the office can reply properly.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
