Day care centres · Influencer marketing

Get a well-known local parent to recommend you before you pay for a single advertisement.

Influencer marketing for a day care centre works through trusted local voices: a well-known parent in the neighbourhood, a city parenting blogger, or a paediatrician who refers families. This is different from the product influencers other categories rely on. GullySales finds and works with these voices honestly, without dressing up a paid post as a personal recommendation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What influencer marketing means

Influencer marketing means paying or partnering with local personalities and creators to talk about your business to their own audience. It works well where trust is built by a familiar face rather than an advert. GullySales finds creators whose audience matches your buyers and manages the brief and payment terms.

For day care centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A local parenting blogger reaches exactly the right parents”

A parenting blogger writing about her own city carries far more weight with a searching parent than a national influencer with no connection to the neighbourhood. The recommendation is locally verifiable.

  • “A paediatrician's referral is worth more than any post”

A genuine relationship with a nearby paediatrician pays off when they mention your centre to parents asking about day care. It becomes one of the strongest sources of trusted enquiries a centre can have.

  • “A respected parent in the building or office park”

One parent in a large apartment complex or office park can speak well of your centre in the residents' or employees' WhatsApp group. That often brings in several families over a few months.

What we do

What we deliver for day care centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A shortlist of local parenting voices worth approaching

Names of parenting bloggers, paediatricians and well-known local parents whose recommendation would reach your actual catchment area.

Result: Outreach goes to people your real prospective parents already trust.

  2. An honest outreach message for each voice

Written invitations for a blogger, a paediatrician or a resident parent to visit and see the centre, rather than a scripted endorsement request.

Result: Any recommendation that follows reads as genuine, not paid.

  3. A disclosure-compliant collaboration brief

A short brief for any paid collaboration that states what must be disclosed, so a sponsored post never reads as an unpaid recommendation.

Result: Parents can trust what they read about the centre online.

  4. A paediatrician relationship-building plan

A simple, ongoing way to keep a nearby paediatrician informed about the centre, so a mention to an asking parent happens naturally.

Result: A trusted referral source keeps sending enquiries on its own.

  5. Tracking for enquiries that name a referral source

A field in the enquiry record noting when a parent mentions a blogger, paediatrician or another parent, so the source is visible.

Result: You know which relationship is actually worth maintaining.

How the result is measured

  • Reach per creator
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries traced to a creator

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who to work with

Pick people parents in your area already ask when choosing a place for a child.

A well-known neighbourhood parent
Choose a parent active in your area's apartment or school groups, whose recommendations other parents act on. Invite them to spend a full morning at the centre, not a few minutes.
The city parenting blogger
A local blogger or reel maker covering preschools and weekend plans reaches parents who are comparing. Read their last reviews to see whether they note the staff and the routine as well as the toys.
The paediatrician who refers
A doctor who knows your centre may mention it to families. Do not offer payment or gifts for a referral, and respect any rule your referring doctor has on promoting a business.
Children's faces and consent
Get written consent from every parent before a child appears, and film with your policy on photographs in hand. If one parent declines, keep that child out of frame.
What the video shows
Ask the creator to film an ordinary day: drop-off, meals, nap, a staff handover and the safety setup. Skip staged play and anything that hides how many children each caregiver handles.
Who not to use
Skip a popular parenting account from another city. Parents need a centre they can reach, so reach beyond your catchment brings no enrolment.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the influencer marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the audience needed

We define who this campaign needs to reach, which decides which creators are actually relevant.

  2. 2

    Audit potential creators

We review candidates' actual audience and past content quality, not just their numbers.

  3. 3

    Negotiate and brief

Fee, posting dates and paid-media usage are agreed in writing before filming, and the brief still leaves room for the creator's own style.

  4. 4

    Review and publish

Content is checked before going live, then published on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure results

Reach, engagement and any traceable enquiries are reported against the fee paid.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we pay a parenting influencer for a review?
A paid post should always be disclosed honestly. Many of the strongest recommendations in this category come from genuine experience rather than a paid arrangement, and are worth cultivating over time.
How do we find the right local voices?
We look at who local parents already follow and trust in your city, and approach them with an honest invitation to see the centre rather than a scripted endorsement.
Can the creator share photos of children on their own page?
Not without written permission from each child's parent, and many centres allow no children's faces at all. Agree in advance that the creator films only consenting families, and that you review the footage before it posts. Check your own child-safety policy too.
What if the creator makes a safety claim I cannot back up?
Ask for it to be changed before posting. Put in the brief the facts you can show, such as staff-to-child routines, CCTV, first-aid training and visitor rules. Tell the creator to avoid words like 'completely safe', since no centre can promise that.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
