ICSE schools · Website

Build a school website that explains the board and makes the next step obvious.

A website for an ICSE school is the main place a parent reads about the syllabus, the campus and the admission steps before calling. GullySales rebuilds it around the questions parents ask and keeps it simple to update.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For ICSE schools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page speaks to nobody”

A page that opens with a gate photograph and a welcome note leaves the parent hunting for admissions. The first screen should say which board, which classes and what to do next.

  • “A phone is the main screen”

Parents read on phones, in a queue or on a commute. Heavy images, tiny type and a fee table that needs zooming lose them. The site should load cleanly and read comfortably on a small screen.

  • “The admissions page hides the steps”

A page that says contact the office gives the parent nothing to plan with. The steps, the documents and the person to ring belong on the page itself.

  • “Nobody owns the update”

Dates, circulars and staff names go stale and a parent sees last year's notice. A named person and a short checklist for each term keep the site honest.

What we do

What we deliver for ICSE schools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A parent-first home page

A top section that names the board, the classes and the admissions action.

Result: A parent sees what the school offers and how to enquire on the first screen.

  2. Syllabus and school life pages

Pages on teaching, project work, library, labs, sports and arts, checked by staff.

Result: Each page is approved by the teacher who owns the subject.

  3. Admissions pages for each class

Pages for entry classes, board change and ISC, with steps, documents and contacts.

Result: A parent can plan the process without calling first.

  4. A phone-first build

Layouts, images and forms built to read well on a small screen.

Result: The site is tested on an ordinary phone before it goes live.

  5. An enquiry form linked to the register

A short form whose entries arrive in the admissions register with class and source.

Result: Every form entry has a record the office can act on.

  6. An update checklist

A short list of what to check each term and who does it.

Result: The site carries current dates and staff names.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these ICSE schools.

  • Long-established ICSE day schools run by a society or a church
  • ICSE schools with ISC classes for Class 11 and 12
  • ICSE schools for boys or for girls only
  • ICSE residential and boarding schools
  • Newer private ICSE schools in growing suburbs
  • ICSE schools run by a community trust
  • ICSE schools attached to a larger educational group
  • ICSE schools with a strong sports or arts programme

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we keep our old site and add pages?
It depends. If the old site is slow, hard to edit or poor on phones, rebuilding is cleaner. We look at what exists before advising.
Do we need results on the site?
Only if every figure is right for the year, names the number who sat the examination and has a source. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check the wording with your own management or adviser.
Who updates the site after launch?
A named person in your office, with a simple way to edit dates and notices. We set that up so changes do not need a developer for every notice.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
