Electrical contractors · Email marketing

The consultant who last saw your work is the one who sends the BOQ.

Email for an electrical contractor is how builders, consultants and plant heads actually work, because the attachment is the point. GullySales keeps that list, writes the quarterly project update, and times the notes to factory shutdown seasons and apartment contract renewals.

A post room: a wall rack of pigeonholes with sorted letters and strapped bundles, a loaded mail trolley wheeled up in front of it, and on the bench a franking machine with one envelope under the press arm, franked and cleared

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For electrical contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The covering mail is where your profile belongs

An estimate sent with nothing attached is compared on rate, and the same estimate with a project record beside it is compared on capability.

  • A quarterly note keeps you on the shortlist

A consultant who has seen three completed projects from you this year sends the fourth BOQ without thinking about it.

  • Shutdown and renewal months are known in advance

Factories plan their shutdown windows and associations renew maintenance contracts on a date, and both are reachable by mail a month before.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A list of every consultant, builder and plant head

Names, firms, what each has seen you do and their email address, built from your own invoices and site visits rather than bought.

Result: You write to people who can issue a BOQ.

  2. A quarterly project update with photographs

One short mail carrying two completed projects, the loads, the approvals obtained and a panel room picture, sent to the whole list.

Result: Consultants keep seeing you finish work.

  3. A covering mail template for every estimate

A short note with the profile, the relevant project record and the references attached, sent with each quotation that leaves your office.

Result: The estimate stops arriving on its own.

  4. A shutdown season note to plant heads

A mail before the months factories plan maintenance windows, naming the HT and shutdown work your firm has handled.

Result: You are asked to quote before the window is planned.

  5. A renewal reminder to associations

A note to apartment associations and facility managers a month or two before their contract comes up, with the scope document attached.

Result: You are in the conversation before the renewal.

  6. Replies and enquiries reported monthly

Who opened, who replied and which mails produced a BOQ or a site visit, set against the baseline recorded before work started.

Result: You learn which relationships are worth the calls.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for electrical contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your last two years of work came from, how many estimates turned into jobs, and how much depends on one or two builders.

  2. 2

    Fix the estimate follow-up

A log for every BOQ and estimate, a follow-up call schedule and a record of why jobs are lost.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Project records with approvals and photographs, a company profile and a list of references who will take a call.

  4. 4

    Widen the sources

Consultant and builder outreach, factory and facility manager contact, and local search for home jobs.

  5. 5

    Keep them sending work

Regular contact with every builder and consultant who has sent a job, and a thank-you when a project closes.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is email better than calling a consultant?
It is the thing that makes the call land. A photograph and a project record in the inbox give the call a subject, and a call with nothing behind it gets a polite two minutes. Do both, in that order.
Our mails to builders never get replies. Why?
Because they carry a request and nothing else. A purchase team replies when there is something to file: a completed project, an approval, an updated profile. Send those three times a year and the request works on the fourth.
Can marketing help a contractor who gets all work through contacts?
Yes, by adding contacts on purpose rather than by chance. Most of the work is a written list of builders and consultants and a call to each one every few months. Local search then catches the homeowners who need rewiring.
How do we show consultants we can handle HT and approval work?
With documented projects. A short record of each transformer, substation or HT job, with the approvals obtained and photographs of the installation, changes what a consultant sends you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
