GullySales

Electrical contractors · Digital marketing

Be checkable first, and discoverable only where it pays.

Digital marketing for an electrical contractor is mostly proof rather than reach, because the order book arrives through consultants, builders and plant heads. GullySales builds what those people check, and puts advertising only behind the homeowner, solar and maintenance work where searches exist.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For electrical contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your order book comes from people who already know you

Digital cannot introduce you to an MEP consultant, but it decides what they see in the twenty seconds after your name is mentioned.

  • Only one side of this trade is searched at all

Rewiring, solar, EV chargers and apartment maintenance produce enquiries, while apartment electrification and HT work produce none.

  • Nobody photographed the hospital you wired

The best proof a contractor owns is a panel room from four years ago, and the site was handed over with no pictures taken.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A written order of work with a reason for each step

Project records, the profile and the estimate template before any advertising, and the homeowner campaigns only once those exist.

Result: Money goes into proof before it goes into clicks.

  2. A photography rule at every handover

Panel rooms, cable routes, earthing pits and the completed installation shot before the site is handed over, by whoever closes the job.

Result: You stop finishing jobs with no record of them.

  3. One profile used across every channel

The same licence class, project list and contact details on the site, the listing, IndiaMART and whatever document a consultant is sent.

Result: Nothing contradicts the paper on your letterhead.

  4. Advertising confined to what is actually searched

Budgets only behind rewiring, solar, EV chargers and maintenance contracts, with the project side left to outreach and relationships.

Result: You stop advertising into a market that does not search.

  5. A contact rhythm for consultants and builders

A planned call or visit for each relationship every few months, with a project update and photographs that give the call a purpose.

Result: The list gets worked rather than kept.

  6. One monthly report on estimates and sources

Estimates sent, orders won, value by source and the share coming from your largest client, set against the baseline from the free audit.

Result: You see the dependence before it becomes a problem.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for electrical contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your last two years of work came from, how many estimates turned into jobs, and how much depends on one or two builders.

  2. 2

    Fix the estimate follow-up

A log for every BOQ and estimate, a follow-up call schedule and a record of why jobs are lost.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Project records with approvals and photographs, a company profile and a list of references who will take a call.

  4. 4

    Widen the sources

Consultant and builder outreach, factory and facility manager contact, and local search for home jobs.

  5. 5

    Keep them sending work

Regular contact with every builder and consultant who has sent a job, and a thank-you when a project closes.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We have no website. How much does that cost us?
Work you never hear about. A consultant who can find nothing about you sends the BOQ to two firms instead of three. Five documented projects and your licence class on a simple site does most of the job.
Should we be on LinkedIn or Instagram?
LinkedIn, if the owner will actually use it, because plant heads and project managers are there. Instagram reaches homeowners, which is a smaller part of your revenue. Pick one and post when a job finishes.
Can marketing help a contractor who gets all work through contacts?
Yes, by adding contacts on purpose rather than by chance. Most of the work is a written list of builders and consultants and a call to each one every few months. Local search then catches the homeowners who need rewiring.
How do we show consultants we can handle HT and approval work?
With documented projects. A short record of each transformer, substation or HT job, with the approvals obtained and photographs of the installation, changes what a consultant sends you.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
