GullySales

Finance and insurance advisers · Branding

You sell somebody else's product, so the trust has to be yours.

Branding for an adviser is your own name, your registration and the way a proposal arrives, because the policy and the loan belong to somebody else. GullySales builds that set, from the WhatsApp introduction to the quote format, within the rules your principal sets on using their name.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For finance and insurance advisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The insurer's logo is not yours to use freely

Companies set rules on how an appointed agent may show their name and mark, and breaking them puts the appointment at risk.

  • Your WhatsApp profile is the first impression

A customer messaging a number sees a picture and a business description before you say anything, and most advisers leave both blank.

  • A proposal that looks assembled beats one pasted into chat

Three screenshots from a portal say nothing. One page with the cover, the premium and the exclusions says you did the work.

What we do

What we deliver for finance and insurance advisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A personal profile carrying your registration

Your name, the registration or agency code you hold and the companies you are appointed by, set out as your principal requires.

Result: A customer knows exactly who they are dealing with.

  2. A quote format used for every product

One page per quote showing the cover or the amount, the premium or the EMI, the charges and the exclusions, with no promise attached.

Result: Your quote stops being three screenshots.

  3. A WhatsApp business profile written properly

Display name, description, hours and the introduction a new enquiry receives, set up so the first impression is not a blank number.

Result: A stranger messaging you sees a business.

  4. Rules on using a company's name confirmed

The marks, names and material each insurer or lender allows an appointed agent to use, checked with them and written down for your team.

Result: Nobody risks the appointment over a poster.

  5. Visiting card, office board and signature

The card, the board and your message signature carrying the same name, the same registration and one phone number.

Result: Customers find one adviser, not three versions.

  6. One name everywhere a customer checks

The same name and number across the listing, the WhatsApp account, your profiles and the material you leave with customers.

Result: Somebody checking you finds the same person.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these finance and insurance advisers.

  • Loan DSAs and connectors
  • Health and life insurance advisers
  • General insurance agents
  • NBFC and co-operative bank branches
  • Mutual fund and investment distributors
  • Chit fund companies
  • Insurance broking firms
  • Business loan and loan against property specialists

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for finance and insurance advisers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how fast you reply to a loan or premium enquiry, where renewal dates are tracked, and which product line last month's enquiries actually came from.

  2. 2

Fix the reply and the record

A missed-call and WhatsApp routine for enquiries, and one place where every enquiry, quote and renewal date is recorded.

  3. 3

    Build product pages

A page for each product you want more of, for example business loans or family health insurance, answering the questions a customer actually asks in plain language.

  4. 4

    Bring the enquiries in

Search visibility for the product searches already happening, Google Ads for the product you want filled this month, and referral asks to existing customers at renewal.

  5. 5

    Keep the book

Renewal reminders thirty days out, a cross-sell prompt when a customer's situation changes, and a referral ask after a claim is settled well.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we use the insurance company's logo on our board?
Each company sets its own rules for appointed agents, and some are strict about the mark and the wording around it. Ask your principal for what they permit in writing before anything is printed. The appointment is yours to protect.
Should I brand my own name or an agency name?
Customers refer to a person in this trade, so your own name does the work early on. Register an agency name once you have people working under you. Keep both on the card so neither gets lost.
How is marketing for a finance or insurance business different?
The customer is buying trust and paperwork rather than something they can see, so reply speed and a plain explanation of terms matter more than the offer. We build the follow-up around that, not around discount messaging.
Do I need to advertise for loan or insurance enquiries?
Ads help when you need a specific product filled this month, for example two-wheeler loans before a festival season. Renewal reminders and referral asks cost nothing in media, and for most advisers they are the cheaper first fix.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
