Finance and insurance advisers · Search engine optimisation

You cannot outrank an aggregator, so win the searches it ignores.

Search for a finance or insurance adviser is the customer typing a condition, not a product: cover for a parent over sixty, or a loan without a salary slip. GullySales writes the pages for those situations, inside what your principal permits you to say, and reports enquiries by product line.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For finance and insurance advisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The aggregators own the plain product searches

Typing health insurance brings up comparison sites with a hundred writers behind them, and one adviser has nothing to add on that page.

  • The winnable search has a condition attached

A parent with diabetes, a self-employed borrower with no Form 16, a policy that lapsed last year. Few searches, almost no answers.

  • What you may write about a product is not your decision

Statements about premium, returns or approval are governed by the regulator and by the company whose product it is, and the registration is yours.

What we do

What we deliver for finance and insurance advisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per product and situation

Separate pages for the loan and policy situations you actually handle, written around the customer's circumstance rather than the product brochure.

Result: The customer with that condition finds a page about it.

  2. A claims check with your principal before publishing

Every statement about premium, eligibility, rate or approval sent for the insurer's or lender's clearance, with the approved wording recorded.

Result: Nothing goes live that your principal has not seen.

  3. Your registration shown as permitted

Agency code, ARN or the intermediary details you hold, displayed in the form the regulator and your principal require on a website.

Result: A customer can check that you are registered.

  4. Local searches the aggregators do not chase

Pages for the business loan, the shop insurance and the vehicle cover people look for in your own city and its trading areas.

Result: You show up where a comparison site does not bother.

  5. Speed and forms fixed for a phone

Load time, the enquiry form and the WhatsApp button put right for a customer reading on a phone with a weak signal.

Result: Customers stop leaving before the page arrives.

  6. Enquiries reported by product line

A monthly count split by loan type and policy type, read against the figures recorded before the pages existed.

Result: You can see which product the search work feeds.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for finance and insurance advisers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how fast you reply to a loan or premium enquiry, where renewal dates are tracked, and which product line last month's enquiries actually came from.

  2. 2

Fix the reply and the record

A missed-call and WhatsApp routine for enquiries, and one place where every enquiry, quote and renewal date is recorded.

  3. 3

    Build product pages

A page for each product you want more of, for example business loans or family health insurance, answering the questions a customer actually asks in plain language.

  4. 4

    Bring the enquiries in

Search visibility for the product searches already happening, Google Ads for the product you want filled this month, and referral asks to existing customers at renewal.

  5. 5

    Keep the book

Renewal reminders thirty days out, a cross-sell prompt when a customer's situation changes, and a referral ask after a claim is settled well.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we rank against the comparison sites?
Not for the plain product terms, and spending on that is wasted. You win on the situations they answer in one line: a parent over sixty, a lapsed policy, a borrower with no salary slip. Fewer searches, and they convert.
What are we allowed to say about a policy on our own site?
Statements about premium, cover, returns and approval are governed by the regulator and by the company whose product it is, and the rules change. Your principal's compliance desk clears the wording. Your registration is the one at risk, so nothing goes up without it.
How is marketing for a finance or insurance business different?
The customer is buying trust and paperwork rather than something they can see, so reply speed and a plain explanation of terms matter more than the offer. We build the follow-up around that, not around discount messaging.
Do I need to advertise for loan or insurance enquiries?
Ads help when you need a specific product filled this month, for example two-wheeler loans before a festival season. Renewal reminders and referral asks cost nothing in media, and for most advisers they are the cheaper first fix.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
