Finance and insurance advisers · Social media

Explain a waiting period, and skip the motivational post.

Social media for an adviser works when it answers the questions customers are embarrassed to ask: waiting periods, processing charges, what a lapse costs. GullySales sets the posting around those, keeps WhatsApp status working for your existing book, and writes down the claims nobody may make.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For finance and insurance advisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • You cannot promise a return or an approval

That rules out most of what this category posts, which is why the feeds are full of quotations about wealth and nothing useful.

  • WhatsApp status reaches the people who already pay you

Your existing customers see it, and a renewal note put there gets opened more than any advert you could buy.

  • A settled claim cannot be screenshotted

The document carries a name, a policy number and often a medical reason, so posting it breaks the customer's privacy.

What we do

What we deliver for finance and insurance advisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built on the objections

Posts answering waiting periods, exclusions, processing charges, foreclosure and what happens when a policy lapses, one at a time.

Result: Posting stops being motivational filler.

  2. A written list of claims never to make

Guaranteed returns, assured approval, comparisons with named competitors and anything about a particular customer, set out for anyone posting on your behalf.

Result: Nobody risks your registration on a Tuesday.

  3. WhatsApp status and broadcast routine

A schedule for renewal notes, seasonal reminders and product explanations going to your own customers, split by the products they hold.

Result: Your book hears from you without a media bill.

  4. Festival and tax-season material prepared early

Vehicle finance posts ready before the festival buying weeks and cover material before the tax-saving quarter, rather than during them.

Result: You post while people are deciding.

  5. A compliance check before anything is boosted

Any promoted post read against what your principal and the regulator allow about that product, with the clearance kept on file.

Result: Paid posts carry the same protection as the website.

  6. Enquiries traced back to a post or a status

A monthly note of which enquiries came from social and what they were about, against the position before the routine started.

Result: You can drop whatever brings nothing.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these finance and insurance advisers.

  • Loan DSAs and connectors
  • Health and life insurance advisers
  • General insurance agents
  • NBFC and co-operative bank branches
  • Mutual fund and investment distributors
  • Chit fund companies
  • Insurance broking firms
  • Business loan and loan against property specialists

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for finance and insurance advisers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how fast you reply to a loan or premium enquiry, where renewal dates are tracked, and which product line last month's enquiries actually came from.

  2. 2

Fix the reply and the record

A missed-call and WhatsApp routine for enquiries, and one place where every enquiry, quote and renewal date is recorded.

  3. 3

    Build product pages

A page for each product you want more of, for example business loans or family health insurance, answering the questions a customer actually asks in plain language.

  4. 4

    Bring the enquiries in

Search visibility for the product searches already happening, Google Ads for the product you want filled this month, and referral asks to existing customers at renewal.

  5. 5

    Keep the book

Renewal reminders thirty days out, a cross-sell prompt when a customer's situation changes, and a referral ask after a claim is settled well.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post a screenshot of a settled claim?
No. The document carries a name, a policy number and often a medical reason. Ask the customer for a written line you may quote instead, and check with your principal what may be said about the claim.
Is Instagram worth it for an insurance adviser?
For life and health cover aimed at younger buyers, sometimes. For motor renewals and loans, WhatsApp does more for less. Start where your existing customers already are rather than guessing.
How is marketing for a finance or insurance business different?
The customer is buying trust and paperwork rather than something they can see, so reply speed and a plain explanation of terms matter more than the offer. We build the follow-up around that, not around discount messaging.
Do I need to advertise for loan or insurance enquiries?
Ads help when you need a specific product filled this month, for example two-wheeler loans before a festival season. Renewal reminders and referral asks cost nothing in media, and for most advisers they are the cheaper first fix.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
