Forex and currency exchange dealers · Digital marketing

Join search, maps and WhatsApp into one trusted route from a parent to your counter.

Digital marketing for a forex dealer is the combined use of search, map listings, referrers and WhatsApp to bring a customer with a real need to the right outlet. GullySales works on the order of building and on wording your adviser has checked.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For forex and currency exchange dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Trust comes before reach”

A customer will not hand over cash to an unfamiliar dealer. Proof of authorisation, a visible outlet and recent reviews come first, before any paid reach. Show your outlet, your staff and how to verify authorisation on the first page.

  • “Referrers carry more weight than ads”

A consultant or college office is trusted by the family. A pack for them is a marketing tool. Keep the pack factual and free of payments for referrals, as your adviser advises.

  • “Paid reach is restricted”

Financial services advertising has platform rules and legal limits. Check the platform's current rules and your adviser's view before spending. Do not run a promotion that your adviser has not seen.

  • “The goal is a visit with documents”

Clicks and calls are not the aim. The measure is a customer who arrives prepared and completes the transaction. Count visits with documents rather than clicks.

What we do

What we deliver for forex and currency exchange dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A build order

Listing, trust page, purpose pages, WhatsApp and referrer pack, in that order.

Result: Effort goes where trust is built.

  2. A referrer programme without payments

A pack and a contact for consultants and colleges, with no payment for referrals, and your adviser's agreement.

Result: Referrers can recommend you cleanly.

  3. A rules checklist

What may and may not be said, confirmed by your adviser.

Result: Nothing goes out that must be pulled back.

  4. A source record

Each enquiry marked with where it came from.

Result: Decisions rest on your own data.

  5. A test of paid reach

A small, rule-checked trial for one purpose, if you choose.

Result: You learn what paying adds.

  6. A one-page plan

What is built first, who owns it and how a result is counted.

Result: The team shares one plan.

  7. A review you schedule

A sit-down on enquiries against the starting record, on dates you choose.

Result: Spend and effort follow evidence.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is online marketing allowed for forex dealers?
Authorised dealers market their services, but wording is regulated. We keep to service, documents and process, and your adviser checks every claim. Your adviser checks every claim.
Do we need a large budget?
No. A correct listing, a trust page and WhatsApp replies do more than a spread of ads. Amounts are for you to decide. Build the foundations first.
Can you promise customers?
No. We record your starting position and report enquiries and completed transactions against it. We never promise customers or transactions.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
