Home loan providers · WhatsApp marketing

Send the document list and the file stage where the borrower already reads.

WhatsApp marketing for a home loan provider is the use of the borrower's own messaging app to share checklists, status updates and replies within consent. GullySales works on approved templates, a shared team inbox and clear rules for who may be messaged and when.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For home loan providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The borrower asks on WhatsApp first”

A buyer at a site visit or a parent at home sends a message before calling. A lender who answers there, with a name and a checklist, is ahead of one who asks the borrower to fill a form.

  • “Documents arrive as photographs”

Borrowers send salary slips and ID papers as phone photos that arrive blurred or cropped. A message that shows exactly how each paper should look saves a second request and a second delay.

  • “Consent and content need care”

Lending messages fall under consent and conduct rules that differ and change. Contacting people without permission, or promising approval in a message, causes trouble. Check the platform's current rules and your own compliance policy.

  • “One number, every officer”

If each officer uses a personal phone, a file goes with them when they leave. A business number on a shared inbox keeps the thread with the lender and shows who replied.

What we do

What we deliver for home loan providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account and inbox set-up

A verified business profile, a shared inbox for the branch team and a named owner for each conversation.

Result: Borrower messages are visible to the team, not one phone.

  2. Approved template set

Templates for acknowledgement, document request, file stage and appointment, written in plain words and cleared by your compliance head.

Result: Each common message has an approved wording.

  3. Document checklist flow

A guided exchange that asks for each paper by name and shows what a clear photo looks like.

Result: Papers arrive readable the first time.

  4. Consent capture

A recorded permission at the point of enquiry, in the form, at the site desk or on the branch counter.

Result: Every contact has a recorded basis for messaging.

  5. Hand-off rules

A rule for when an automated reply stops and a named officer takes over.

Result: A borrower with a real question gets a person.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to old customers?
Only within the permission they gave and the rules that apply to your business, which differ and change. We set up consent fields and keep marketing messages separate from file updates. Confirm the wording with your compliance head.
Do we need an official business account?
For sending templates at any scale, yes, through the platform's approved route. A personal phone is not suited to a lender's file work. Check the platform's current rules and fees before choosing.
Will WhatsApp replace calls?
No. A call is still right for eligibility discussions, refusals and sensitive questions. Messages carry the checklist, the stage and the reminder, which leaves officers more time for the calls that need a voice.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
