Insurance aggregators · Digital marketing

Spend where policies are issued, and stop paying for quotes that go nowhere.

Digital marketing for an insurance aggregator joins search ads, pages, messages and tracking into one system that follows a buyer from first click to issued policy. GullySales works on the connections between those parts, so spend is judged on policies and not on clicks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For insurance aggregators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Clicks are cheap and policies are not”

An ad that brings quote starts looks efficient until the proposal rate is checked. The figure that matters is cost per policy issued by channel, and that needs tracking joined from the ad click all the way to the insurer's confirmation of the policy.

  • “Channels do different jobs”

Search catches the buyer ready to compare. Social reaches the one who has not thought about cover. Email and WhatsApp carry the renewal. Judging them all on last click starves the ones that start the journey.

  • “Restricted advertising needs early review”

Financial and insurance ads face platform and regulatory scrutiny. An ad rejected on launch day wastes the creative. Show your compliance head the claims first, and check each platform's current rules for an advertiser of your kind.

  • “Seasonality is real”

Interest in motor renewal, tax-saving cover and travel moves with the calendar. A plan that spends evenly misses the periods when buyers act. Read your own booking and quote history to find those periods instead of assuming them.

What we do

What we deliver for insurance aggregators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan by product

A plan listing which channel serves which product and stage, with the page and the follow-up each one needs.

Result: One page showing channel, product, page and owner.

  2. Search and display campaign structure

Campaigns organised by product and buyer query, with negative keywords and landing pages matched.

Result: Campaign accounts where each group has its own page.

  3. Conversion tracking to policy issued

Events set from ad click through quote, proposal and policy, connected to your analytics and CRM.

Result: A report that shows policies issued per campaign.

  4. Budget review framework

A way to compare channels on cost per policy and renewal value, agreed before money moves.

Result: A written rule for moving budget between channels.

  5. Ad copy checked against compliance limits

Headlines and descriptions checked against your word list, avoiding best, cheapest and guaranteed.

Result: Ads your compliance head has approved.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a new aggregator start?
Start with one product and one search campaign, joined to tracking that reaches the policy. Add other channels once that chain is working and you can read cost per policy issued from it.
Is brand advertising worth it?
Brand advertising builds recognition, but measure it against branded search and direct visits to your site. GullySales will not promise a result from it, and rankings or volumes are never guaranteed.
How do we handle ad accounts we already have?
Share access so the structure, the history and the tracking can be reviewed first. Changes follow what that review shows, and nothing is rebuilt from scratch without a reason you have seen.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
