Life insurance agencies · Lead generation

Find families at the moment a baby, a loan or a first salary changes their sums.

Lead generation for a life insurance agency means reaching people when a life event makes them ask about cover, and getting that enquiry to a named adviser. GullySales builds the pages, forms and referral routes that carry those enquiries into one list.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Life insurance advisors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Premium due calendar. List every policy by due date and mode, with reminders on WhatsApp and SMS before the date and again inside the grace period.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For life insurance agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The circle runs out before the town does”

Relatives, colleagues and school friends supplied the first policies. A stranger in the same locality has no route to the agency, so the next set of clients stays invisible until something other than a family connection puts the agency in front of them.

  • “A life event starts the search, not a product”

Nobody goes looking for a policy for its own sake. A first appraisal letter, a baby due in a few months, a bank asking about cover on a loan: each sets off a search. Pages and ads written for the event meet the buyer at that point.

  • “An enquiry with no owner is lost”

A message that reaches the office number, an adviser's phone and a web form at once belongs to nobody. Decide who picks up each source and write down what that person asks first: age, dependants, loans and cover already held.

  • “Sources differ in quality”

A referral from a client family arrives with trust attached. A form filled after a comparison site arrives with price in mind. Keep the two apart in the register, so the agency learns which source produces proposals and which only produces calls.

What we do

What we deliver for life insurance agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Life-event entry pages

One page for each trigger: first job, marriage, first child, home loan, retirement. Each says what to ask and what papers to keep, and names products only where the insurer allows.

Result: A page exists for each situation a family searches from.

  2. One needs form

A short form that asks about dependants, loans and existing cover before it asks about any plan. It feeds the same list as calls and messages.

Result: Every enquiry lands in one list with the family's situation written beside it.

  3. Source tagging

Each enquiry records where it came from: search, WhatsApp, a client family, an employer talk or a loan officer's introduction.

Result: The register shows which source produced proposals.

  4. An employer talk offer

A one-page outline for HR heads and welfare committees offering a protection talk with no product pitch.

Result: A sheet you can hand to an HR contact on the spot.

  5. A polite referral request

A message after the policy document arrives, asking whether another family could use a call, kept apart from any review request. No payment or gift is offered.

Result: A request policyholders can answer from a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we buy a list of phone numbers and call them?
Check before you do. Calling people on a bought list raises consent and do-not-disturb questions, and insurers set their own conduct rules. We build enquiries from people who asked. Confirm your position with your insurer's compliance desk.
Which life event should we build first?
Take the last batch of proposals and note what was happening in each family's life. The trigger behind the largest share of proposals in your own book is the one to build first, because you already know how to serve that family.
Will you promise a number of leads?
No. Enquiries depend on the town, the season, the insurers you hold and how soon the team replies. We set up the routes, agree what to count, and read the numbers with you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
