Life insurance agencies · Website

Build a site that a worried parent can understand on a phone without effort.

A website for a life insurance agency is the place a referred family checks before calling and a stranger finds before trusting. GullySales designs, writes and sets up the site so it states what you do, shows your registration details and leads to one clear enquiry route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Life insurance advisors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Premium due calendar. List every policy by due date and mode, with reminders on WhatsApp and SMS before the date and again inside the grace period.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For life insurance agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor arrived on a phone”

A salaried buyer checks the site on a phone between meetings. A page that loads slowly, hides the phone number or asks for a long form loses that visit. Design for the small screen first and test it on a basic handset.

  • “A referred family checks you before calling”

A cousin gave the name; the family now types it into Google. If the site shows an old office, no registration details or only product brochures, the recommendation weakens. The site has to confirm what the referrer said.

  • “Registration details are not optional”

Insurers and the regulator require certain disclosures on an agency's site. Show the registration and appointment details your insurers specify, in the place they specify, and have your compliance contact read the finished page before it goes live.

  • “The form should not ask for the proposal”

A first enquiry form that wants health history, income proof and identity numbers frightens people away. Ask for a name, a phone number, a language and what prompted the visit. The proposal form comes later, through the insurer.

What we do

What we deliver for life insurance agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A homepage that says what you do

A plain statement of what the agency advises on, who it serves and in which languages, with a call button and a WhatsApp button.

Result: A stranger knows in a few lines whether to call.

  2. Pages for each life event

First job, marriage, baby, home loan and retirement pages, each with what to ask and what papers to keep.

Result: Every page ends in the same enquiry route.

  3. An enquiry form with a light touch

A short form that collects contact details and the reason for asking, and sends a notification to the adviser on duty.

Result: Enquiries reach a named person with the family's situation attached.

  4. Disclosure and consent text

The registration details, disclaimers and privacy wording your insurers and the law require, placed where they must appear.

Result: A footer and notice your compliance contact has read.

  5. Tracking set up from the start

Analytics and call tracking so each enquiry shows the page it came from.

Result: You can see which pages bring families to call.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate site for each adviser?
No. One agency site with a page for each adviser, saying who they are and which languages they speak, keeps the reputation in one place. Separate sites split the effort and the search results.
Can we show insurer logos and plan names?
Only as the insurers' own brand rules allow. Each insurer sets its own conditions, so ask the compliance desk of each one. We build the page without logos first and add them when you hold approvals.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
