NBFCs · Digital marketing

Plan digital spend against disbursals, not against clicks.

Digital marketing for an NBFC is the combination of search, ads, social, email, WhatsApp and partner channels that bring borrowers to a file. GullySales works on which channels fit each product, how each is measured and how the budget follows the results.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For NBFCs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Clicks are not loans”

An ad report shows impressions and leads. The credit head wants sanctioned and disbursed files by channel. Until the two views meet, budgets move on the wrong number.

  • “Products need separate channels”

Search suits the borrower who knows the need, a dealer tie-up suits vehicle finance, and a branch listing suits gold loans. A single blended plan spreads spend thinly over all three.

  • “Compliance review slows the campaign”

Every ad on a financial product waits for approval. A bank of pre-cleared claims and layouts lets the team launch, pause and change without starting from nothing.

  • “Brand and performance work together”

Ads reach a borrower who has never heard of the company, and the website, reviews and social page decide whether they trust the call. Spending on ads while the rest is neglected wastes the click.

What we do

What we deliver for NBFCs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by product

The mix of search, Maps, social, WhatsApp and partner work for each loan product, with the reason for each.

Result: Each product has channels that fit its buyer.

  2. Tracking from click to disbursal

Source tags carried from ad to enquiry register to loan status.

Result: Cost per disbursal is visible by channel.

  3. A pre-cleared ad library

Headlines, descriptions and creative formats approved by compliance, with a list of phrases to avoid.

Result: Campaigns launch without a fresh review each time.

  4. Landing pages per campaign

One page for each product and area with a short form and the documents list.

Result: The click arrives on a page matched to the ad.

  5. A budget rule linked to results

A written rule for moving spend between channels based on files and disbursals, not on lead count.

Result: Budget follows what produces loans.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What budget do we need?
It depends on your products, areas and credit policy, so we set it only after reading your source record. We do not recommend a figure before that.
Is digital worth it for a rural NBFC?
It can be, as a support to the branch and partner model. Search, Maps and WhatsApp help a borrower check you exist, and phone-first design suits the local borrower.
Can you manage the ad accounts?
Yes, with the ad account in your company's name and your compliance head clearing the claims. You keep access and ownership of everything we set up.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
