Banks · Lead qualification
Find out in the first call whether a loan enquiry can actually be approved.
Lead qualification for a bank means a short, structured set of questions asked early, about income, existing loans and purpose. A loan officer's time then goes toward enquiries with a realistic chance of approval, not every enquiry equally. GullySales builds this qualification step into your existing enquiry process.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead qualification means
Lead qualification is checking whether a new enquiry is from someone who can actually buy, has the budget and is deciding soon. This happens before your sales team spends time on a call. GullySales sets the questions that sort a real buyer from a browsing one at the point of enquiry.

For banks
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“A few early questions save far more time than they cost”
Asking about existing loan obligations and approximate income in the first call quickly reveals whether a personal loan enquiry is realistic, before a loan officer invests time on documentation.
“Qualification should not feel like a rejection”
A well-worded question about existing obligations, framed as helping find the right product, keeps the conversation positive even when it reveals a lower loan amount is realistic.
“Different products need different qualifying questions”
A home loan qualification depends heavily on property value and down payment readiness. An MSME loan depends more on business vintage and turnover, and a single generic script misses both.
What we do
What we deliver for banks.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Early qualifying questions per product
A short set of income, obligation and purpose questions asked in the first call, different for a home loan and an MSME loan.
Result: A loan officer's time goes toward enquiries with a realistic chance of approval.
Positively framed qualification wording
Questions worded as helping find the right product, so qualification does not feel like a rejection.
Result: A customer stays positive even when a lower loan amount is realistic.
Qualification built into the first touch
The qualifying script built into whoever takes the enquiry first, whether at the branch, on the phone or through a DSA.
Result: Every enquiry is qualified once, consistently, wherever it arrives.
Tracking of qualified leads
A record separating qualified from unqualified enquiries, so conversion is measured on genuine opportunity, not raw volume.
Result: You see real conversion, not a number inflated by unqualified enquiries.
How the result is measured
- Qualified lead rate
- Time spent on unqualified leads
- Conversion rate of qualified leads
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
Qualifying questions by product
Ask only what decides eligibility for that product, in plain words, and write it down once.
- Home loan
- Property chosen or still looking, builder and project name, the amount needed and what the customer can pay from their own funds. A chosen property is further along than a general enquiry.
- Personal loan
- Employer, length of service, existing EMIs and the amount needed. Ask what the loan is for in a friendly tone so you can suggest the right product.
- Business loan
- Type of business, years in operation, whether GST and ITR returns are filed, and which bank holds the main account.
- Kisan credit
- Land and records held, crop and season, and any existing crop loan. Call before sowing, not after.
- NRI deposit or account
- Country of residence, local time there, existing NRE or NRO account and the amount to remit. Ask which hours suit a call.
- Customer not yet eligible
- Say what would help, such as a co-applicant, clearing an existing EMI or more records, and invite them back. Log it with a reminder to call.

How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the lead qualification work runs
- 1
Define what qualified means
We work with your team to agree what a genuinely qualified lead looks like, based on what actually closes.
- 2
Build the questions
Natural questions are developed that surface the needed information without feeling like a checklist to the buyer.
- 3
Train the team
Reps practise asking the questions naturally, with feedback on tone as much as content.
- 4
Capture in the CRM
Answers are recorded against the lead record, so qualification status is visible beyond the rep who asked.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
