GullySales

Finance and insurance advisers · Search engine optimisation

You cannot outrank an aggregator, so win the searches it ignores.

Search for a finance or insurance adviser is the customer typing a condition, not a product: cover for a parent over sixty, or a loan without a salary slip. GullySales writes the pages for those situations, inside what your principal permits you to say, and reports enquiries by product line.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For finance and insurance advisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The aggregators own the plain product searches”

Typing health insurance brings up comparison sites with a hundred writers behind them, and one adviser has nothing to add on that page.

  • “The winnable search has a condition attached”

A parent with diabetes, a self-employed borrower with no Form 16, a policy that lapsed last year. Few searches, almost no answers.

  • “What you may write about a product is not your decision”

Statements about premium, returns or approval are governed by the regulator and by the company whose product it is, and the registration is yours.

What we do

What we deliver for finance and insurance advisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per product and situation

Separate pages for the loan and policy situations you actually handle, written around the customer's circumstance rather than the product brochure.

Result: The customer with that condition finds a page about it.

  2. A claims check with your principal before publishing

Every statement about premium, eligibility, rate or approval sent for the insurer's or lender's clearance, with the approved wording recorded.

Result: Nothing goes live that your principal has not seen.

  3. Your registration shown as permitted

Agency code, ARN or the intermediary details you hold, displayed in the form the regulator and your principal require on a website.

Result: A customer can check that you are registered.

  4. Local searches the aggregators do not chase

Pages for the business loan, the shop insurance and the vehicle cover people look for in your own city and its trading areas.

Result: You show up where a comparison site does not bother.

  5. Speed and forms fixed for a phone

Load time, the enquiry form and the WhatsApp button put right for a customer reading on a phone with a weak signal.

Result: Customers stop leaving before the page arrives.

  6. Enquiries reported by product line

A count split by loan type and policy type, read against the figures recorded before the pages existed.

Result: You can see which product the search work feeds.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a customer types when comparing a loan or a policy, and the page that answers it.

health insurance for parents above 60
A situation page. Explain what to check: waiting periods, co-payment, room rent limits and pre-existing conditions. Use wording your insurers have cleared.
business loan without ITR
A situation page. List the documents lenders commonly ask for instead, and say plainly that approval and terms are the lender's decision, not yours.
loan against property interest rate in Pune
A rates page. Show the lender's published range with its date, or say the rate depends on the borrower's profile. Never display a rate you cannot support.
term insurance or endowment plan
A comparison page. Explain the difference in plain words, and say the right choice depends on the customer's needs, which a conversation with an adviser will establish.
how to claim cashless health insurance
A claims page. Set out the steps, the documents and the hospital desk role. It builds trust with a reader who has not yet bought and cannot see how claims work.
insurance agent near me in Jayanagar
An adviser page. Give your registration details as permitted, the insurers and lenders you work with, your office hours and the languages you speak.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we rank against the comparison sites?
Not for the plain product terms, and spending on that is wasted. You win on the situations they answer in one line: a parent over sixty, a lapsed policy, a borrower with no salary slip. Fewer searches, and they convert.
What are we allowed to say about a policy on our own site?
Statements about premium, cover, returns and approval are governed by the regulator and by the company whose product it is, and the rules change. Your principal's compliance desk clears the wording. Your registration is the one at risk, so nothing goes up without it.
Can we have a page for each insurer or lender we work with?
Only where you are authorised, and only using wording the insurer or lender permits. Many principals approve text and logos in advance. Ask first. A page that uses a brand name without permission can cost you the agency.
We are a network of agents. Does each agent need a page?
Give each agent a short profile with their registration details, area and languages, under one site that holds the product pages. Separate sites for each agent split trust and make the rules harder to follow.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
