Finance and insurance advisers · Social media

Explain a waiting period, and skip the motivational post.

Social media for an adviser works when it answers the questions customers are embarrassed to ask: waiting periods, processing charges, what a lapse costs. GullySales sets the posting around those, keeps WhatsApp status working for your existing book, and writes down the claims nobody may make.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For finance and insurance advisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “You cannot promise a return or an approval”

That rules out most of what this category posts, which is why the feeds are full of quotations about wealth and nothing useful.

  • “WhatsApp status reaches the people who already pay you”

Your existing customers see it, and a renewal note put there gets opened more than any advert you could buy.

  • “A settled claim cannot be screenshotted”

The document carries a name, a policy number and often a medical reason, so posting it breaks the customer's privacy.

What we do

What we deliver for finance and insurance advisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built on the objections

Posts answering waiting periods, exclusions, processing charges, foreclosure and what happens when a policy lapses, one at a time.

Result: Posting stops being motivational filler.

  2. A written list of claims never to make

Guaranteed returns, assured approval, comparisons with named competitors and anything about a particular customer, set out for anyone posting on your behalf.

Result: Nobody risks your registration on a Tuesday.

  3. WhatsApp status and broadcast routine

A schedule for renewal notes, seasonal reminders and product explanations going to your own customers, split by the products they hold.

Result: Your book hears from you without a media bill.

  4. Festival and tax-season material prepared early

Vehicle finance posts ready before the festival buying weeks and cover material before the tax-saving quarter, rather than during them.

Result: You post while people are deciding.

  5. A compliance check before anything is boosted

Any promoted post read against what your principal and the regulator allow about that product, with the clearance kept on file.

Result: Paid posts carry the same protection as the website.

  6. Enquiries traced back to a post or a status

A note of which enquiries came from social and what they were about, against the position before the routine started.

Result: You can drop whatever brings nothing.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platforms for customers

Where borrowers and policyholders look, and what an adviser can post for each.

WhatsApp status and broadcast for your existing clients
Send a renewal due notice or a change in a lender's documents list to clients who gave you their number. The action wanted is a reply to start the renewal. Keep it to service, not offers.
Instagram reels explaining one term
Explain a waiting period, co-pay, processing fee or foreclosure charge in plain words, using a pen and paper. The action wanted is a save, then a WhatsApp message to compare options.
YouTube explainers in the regional language
Show how a claim is filed or a loan file moves, step by step, with the documents named. The action wanted is a WhatsApp question to you. Say that terms differ by lender and insurer.
LinkedIn for business loan and property loan buyers
Post the documents a lender asks for and why a file is returned. The action wanted is a connection request or message from a business owner or CA, for an eligibility check.
What not to post for an adviser
Do not post assured returns or approvals, a rate without the lender's current terms, a comparison naming an insurer, or a claim screenshot showing a client. Show your registration, and check your regulator's current rules.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post a screenshot of a settled claim?
No. The document carries a name, a policy number and often a medical reason. Ask the customer for a written line you may quote instead, and check with your principal what may be said about the claim.
Is Instagram worth it for an insurance adviser?
For life and health cover aimed at younger buyers, sometimes. For motor renewals and loans, WhatsApp does more for less. Start where your existing customers already are rather than guessing.
Should we post as a person or as the company?
Post as the person for trust and use the company's page for registration, licence and address details. Buyers of loans and policies want to know who will pick up the phone. Whoever posts, keep the registration and licence details visible and current.
Who may reply when someone asks which plan to buy in a comment?
Only a licensed person, and not in public. Reply once with a line that the right plan depends on the buyer's details, and ask them to message you. Take the details in private, and keep a record of what was recommended and why.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
