Garment manufacturers · Pay per click advertising

Ads bring the three-hundred-piece order, and you have to decide first.

Paid advertising for a garment unit buys search clicks from founders hunting a private label manufacturer, and LinkedIn attention from merchandisers. GullySales sets the campaigns against the order sizes you actually want, screens enquiries at the form, and reports on samples and orders.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For garment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Search brings small orders, and that is the trade-off

The people typing manufacturer into Google are mostly starting out with a few hundred pieces. Decide whether a trial order is worth a slot on the line before spending anything.

  • Negative keywords save a garment unit more than bidding does

Wholesale, buy t-shirts, jobs, franchise and fabric supplier all cost money and bring nobody. That list matters more here than the bid.

  • LinkedIn reaches the merchandiser, never the founder

Sourcing managers sit there and do not search for factories. Reaching them takes a company page and outreach, not a search campaign.

What we do

What we deliver for garment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns built round the order sizes you want

Search campaigns for private label and contract manufacturing in your products, with the piece count you accept stated inside the ad.

Result: The clicks come from buyers who can meet your minimum.

  2. A negative keyword list before the first rupee

Wholesale, resale, retail buying, jobs, machinery, fabric supply and training enquiries blocked, so the budget reaches sourcing buyers.

Result: Your spend stops feeding people looking for something else.

  3. Three qualifying questions on every form

Product, piece count and delivery month asked before the enquiry reaches a merchandiser, with the tech pack invited as an attachment.

Result: Only enquiries worth costing reach your team.

  4. A landing page per product

The polo campaign lands on knitted polos, with fabric options, GSM, minimum quantity, sampling time and the factory photographs.

Result: The click sees what it searched for.

  5. A corporate and uniform campaign for slow months

Search campaigns for corporate T-shirts, event merchandise and uniforms, timed ahead of the months your lines have space.

Result: Bulk repeat orders fill capacity between seasons.

  6. Reporting to samples and orders

Each click followed through to the costing, the sample and the order, by product, against the audit baseline.

Result: You can say which campaign produced a programme.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

How the work runs for garment manufacturers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how much of your work comes from your top buyers, where enquiries come from, and how many costings and samples turn into orders.

  2. 2

    Show your capability

A capability profile and a compliance document set that a sourcing team can check before it visits.

  3. 3

    Fix the sample pipeline

A tracker from tech pack to costing to sample to order, with follow-up at each stage and reasons recorded when a sample is lost.

  4. 4

    Find new buyers

Outreach to D2C brands, retailers and agents that fit your product and capacity, alongside search and fair follow-up.

  5. 5

    Build repeat programmes

Trial orders turned into seasonal programmes, and off-season capacity offered before the lines go quiet.

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we advertise on IndiaMART or Google?
IndiaMART if you can screen enquiries fast, because the volume is high and the orders are small. Google if you want brand founders and are ready to answer a tech pack properly. Most units try both, and the audit compares what each produced.
How do we stop ad enquiries wasting a merchandiser's day?
Ask three things on the form: the product, the piece count and the delivery month. Anyone unwilling to answer was not going to place an order. Your team then opens only what is worth costing.
How do we find buyers without going through a middleman?
Be findable and reach out directly. A capability profile and product pages let brands find you, and a researched list of brands that match your product lets you contact them first.
Is IndiaMART worth it for a garment unit?
It can be, if enquiries are screened quickly. Asking for the piece count and delivery month at first contact separates real buyers from price shoppers. Your merchandisers then spend their day on the right ones.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
