Day-care hospitals · Local SEO

Be the day-care hospital that shows up when a family searches near their home.

Local SEO for a day-care hospital makes your Maps listing, address and local pages match the way families search for a procedure near them. GullySales works on the listing, the consistency of your details and the local pages that tie a procedure to a place.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For day-care hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Families choose a hospital they can reach on the day”

A patient goes home the same evening, and a relative drives them. A family weighs travel and parking along with the surgeon, so the area words in a search matter as much as the procedure words.

  • “The Maps listing is read before the website”

On a phone, a family sees the listing first: the photos, the opening hours, the reviews and the phone button. A listing that calls the place a general hospital hides the day-care service.

  • “Details that disagree cost a call”

If the website, the listing and an insurer's list give different addresses or numbers, a family cannot be sure which is right, and the desk takes calls from people who went to the wrong gate.

  • “Reviews about billing and discharge reach the listing”

Families read reviews for how long discharge took and whether the bill matched the quote. Replies written by the desk, without disclosing patient details, show how the hospital deals with these points.

What we do

What we deliver for day-care hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A complete Google Business Profile

Categories, services, procedures offered, hours, photos of the reception and recovery area, and a booking link.

Result: A profile that states day care and lists the procedures.

  2. Consistency of name, address and phone

One set of details checked across the website, directories and insurer listings.

Result: A sheet of every listing with the same details.

  3. Local procedure pages

Pages that tie a procedure to the area you serve, with directions, parking and the nearest landmark.

Result: A family can read how to reach the hospital from the page.

  4. A review reply routine

Wording guidelines for the desk to reply to reviews without naming the patient or the treatment.

Result: Each reply follows one approved approach.

  5. Photo and Q&A upkeep

Photos of the entrance, the waiting area and the signage, plus answers to questions asked on the listing.

Result: A visitor can find the right gate from the photos.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these day-care hospitals.

  • Standalone day surgery centres for general and laparoscopic surgery
  • Day-care hospitals for eye surgery and cataract
  • Dialysis and renal day-care units
  • Oncology day-care units for chemotherapy infusion
  • Endoscopy and gastroenterology day-care centres
  • Orthopaedic and arthroscopy day-care centres
  • ENT and urology day-care hospitals
  • Day-care wings inside larger hospitals

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we reply to a review that names a procedure?
Be careful. Replying with detail about a patient's treatment can breach privacy. Keep replies general, thank the writer, and invite them to call the desk. Check your approach with your own adviser.
Should the profile say day care or hospital?
Say what the place is. A profile that mentions day care and lists the procedures matches the searches better than a bare hospital label, and it sets the right expectation for the family.
Do we need separate listings for each unit?
Only where a unit has its own address or entrance. A dialysis wing inside the same building shares the listing. A separate address needs a separate, accurate listing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
