ECG centres · Local SEO

Be the open ECG counter that appears on the map when someone needs one nearby.

Local SEO for an ECG centre decides whether the map and the search results show your counter to a person standing a few streets away. GullySales works on your Google Business Profile, your address across the web and the reviews that confirm you are real.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For ECG centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map is the first screen a worried relative sees”

Someone searches ECG near me, looks at three pins and taps the one with hours and a phone number. A profile with no hours or a wrong pin sends that person to a competitor's door.

  • “Landmarks are how people describe the place”

Patients say opposite the post office or above the pharmacy. A profile that names the entrance, the floor and the nearest landmark saves the lost call from a patient already walking in the wrong lane.

  • “Review replies are read by the next patient”

A reply to a complaint about a wait tells the next reader how the centre responds. Silence under a negative review reads as the same silence at the counter.

  • “The same address must read the same everywhere”

A directory with an old address or a closed number splits the signals and misleads patients. The centre moved lanes two years ago and the listing still says the old one.

What we do

What we deliver for ECG centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up

Categories, hours, tests listed, walk-in note, photographs of the entrance and the room, and the service area for home visits.

Result: A complete profile with entrance and hours stated plainly.

  2. Address and listing clean-up

A check of the main directories and map apps so name, address and number read the same, with a list of what was corrected.

Result: A table of listings, each marked matched or corrected.

  3. Review request routine

A polite way to ask visiting patients to leave a review, with a card at the counter. No reward is offered for a review.

Result: A card and a short request script for the counter.

  4. Review reply guide

Plain wording for thanking and for answering complaints without revealing patient details.

Result: A set of replies the counter staff can adapt.

  5. Area pages

A page for each neighbourhood you serve for home ECG, written about the real routes and landmarks.

Result: One page per neighbourhood with the visit area named.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these ECG centres.

  • Stand-alone ECG and treadmill test centres
  • ECG counters inside a polyclinic or a pathology lab
  • Home ECG services with a visiting technician
  • Cardiac diagnostic centres with Holter and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
  • ECG units in a nursing home or a small hospital
  • Pre-employment and corporate medical providers
  • ECG services for gyms, sports clubs and schools
  • Tele-ECG providers reporting through a visiting cardiologist

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we buy reviews or ask relatives to post them?
No. Platforms have rules against fake and incentivised reviews, so check the platform's current rules. We help you ask real patients, and never promise a number of reviews.
Do we need a separate profile for home ECG?
One profile can list the service area and the home visit service, as the platform's current rules allow. Keep the technician's contact details off the public page unless you choose to publish them.
Can we say patients should visit us for heart safety?
No. Describe the test and who it is for, without outcome claims. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
