ECG centres · Social media

Post what a patient needs to know before the visit, and leave the heart scares out.

Social media marketing for an ECG centre is the use of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to show the room, explain the tests and stay in front of referrers. GullySales plans posts that are useful to the patient and the doctor, not alarming.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For ECG centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Fear sells badly and breaches the rules”

A post that frightens people about silent heart trouble pulls attention and invites trouble with advertising rules. Calm posts that say what the test is and who it suits keep the centre trustworthy.

  • “The audience is two audiences”

A relative arranging a parent's tracing reads the page differently from a physician deciding where to send patients. LinkedIn and a clinic WhatsApp group reach the second; Facebook and local groups reach the first.

  • “Behind-the-counter photographs reassure”

A first-time patient is nervous about a machine and electrodes. A picture of the room, the couch and the technician's station, with consent from anyone shown, removes that doubt before arrival.

  • “An abandoned page looks like a closed centre”

A last post from long ago makes a patient wonder whether the centre is open. A few steady, plain posts beat a burst followed by silence.

What we do

What we deliver for ECG centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Post plan for the room and the tests

A set of post ideas covering each test, the preparation, the entrance and the hours, written so the counter can post them.

Result: A list of posts ready to schedule.

  2. Referrer-facing LinkedIn note

A short profile and a sample update for doctors and HR managers, naming tests and reporting arrangement as you confirm it.

Result: A LinkedIn page that a doctor can read in a minute.

  3. Photograph and consent guide

Rules for what is shot, who signs consent and what is never shown, such as a patient's tracing or face.

Result: A one-page guide kept at the counter.

  4. Reply and message routine

A way to answer comments and direct messages about timing and rate, moving personal queries to a call.

Result: A script for public replies and a private follow-up.

  5. Platform check

A review of the current rules of each platform for health pages and any advertising you plan.

Result: A short note listing what to check before you post.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these ECG centres.

  • Stand-alone ECG and treadmill test centres
  • ECG counters inside a polyclinic or a pathology lab
  • Home ECG services with a visiting technician
  • Cardiac diagnostic centres with Holter and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
  • ECG units in a nursing home or a small hospital
  • Pre-employment and corporate medical providers
  • ECG services for gyms, sports clubs and schools
  • Tele-ECG providers reporting through a visiting cardiologist

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Choose the platform where your patients and referrers are. A well-kept Facebook page and a LinkedIn profile do more than five neglected accounts.
Can we show patient tracings or testimonials?
No. Patient details and testimonials are not for public posts in a regulated trade. Health advertising rules differ by state and body, so check with your own council or adviser.
Should we boost posts with money?
Only for a clear purpose, such as a corporate camp or a senior citizen package. Check the platform's current rules for health advertising before you spend, and we do not promise results.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
