Maternity hospitals · Website

Build a website that a couple and the grandparents can each read in a sitting.

A website for a maternity hospital is the place where a couple checks the doctor, the package and the ward, and where the elders look for reassurance. GullySales works on the page structure, the booking route and the privacy of the families who use it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For maternity hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen answers who, where and when”

A couple on a phone wants the doctor's name, the consulting days and a way to book before they scroll. A home page full of a building's photographs and a long welcome loses them at the first screen.

  • “The package page decides the call”

Families compare the normal and caesarean packages across hospitals in a table. A page that lists inclusions and exclusions in plain words gets compared favourably, and a page that says contact us gets skipped.

  • “The elders read the site too”

The grandparents look for the ward, the visiting rules and the nursery. A page with the visiting rules, a short ward video and a version in the local language answers the person who will sit in the waiting room.

  • “A form on a pregnancy site holds sensitive data”

A callback form that asks for the month of pregnancy and a health condition collects more than it needs. Ask only for a name, a number and a preferred time, and say how the data will be used.

What we do

What we deliver for maternity hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page built on the booking route

The first screen shows the doctors, the antenatal booking button and the phone and WhatsApp numbers of the hospital.

Result: A visitor can book without scrolling.

  2. Pages for stages, doctors and packages

A page for each stage of pregnancy, each obstetrician and the delivery packages, linked from one menu.

Result: A couple finds the doctor, the stage or the package in two taps.

  3. A ward tour page

A short video and photographs of the ward with no patient visible, plus the visiting rules and a form to book a family visit.

Result: The elders see the ward and book a visit from one page.

  4. A short callback form

A form asking for a name, a number and a preferred time, with a note on how the details are kept.

Result: A visitor asks for a call without giving away health details.

  5. Mobile speed and local language versions

Pages that load on ordinary phones, and the main pages written in the language of your town.

Result: The site opens and reads well on the phones families own.

  6. A privacy and cookie notice that fits

A plain notice describing what the site collects and why, reviewed by your adviser.

Result: Visitors can see how their details are used.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these maternity hospitals.

  • Maternity and nursing homes run by one or two obstetricians
  • Women and children hospitals combining delivery and paediatrics
  • Maternity hospitals with a newborn intensive care unit
  • Hospitals offering water birth, birthing suites or private labour rooms
  • Multi-branch maternity chains in metro suburbs
  • Maternity wings of general hospitals competing for deliveries
  • Charitable and trust maternity homes
  • Fertility-to-delivery hospitals that see couples from the first consultation

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show baby photographs?
No. Photographs of mothers and babies raise privacy and advertising problems. Show the building, the rooms and the doctors, and let the ward video carry the warmth. Your adviser can confirm what is allowed in your state.
Can we put prices on the website?
You can publish a range and inclusions from your own package sheet, with a note that the final bill depends on the case. The administrator approves every figure, and your adviser checks the wording.
Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
Check the old site first. If it loads well on phones, can be edited by your team and has room for stage and doctor pages, add to it. If not, rebuild on a platform your team can maintain.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
