Medical tourism facilitators · Website

Build a site that a cautious patient abroad can check, read and message from a phone.

A website for a medical tourism facilitator is the page a patient or a patient's relative reads on a phone to decide whether you are real, whether you treat their case and how to send reports. GullySales works on the trust page, the language versions and the route to a chat.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For medical tourism facilitators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first test is 'is this real?'”

A relative has told the patient to beware of fraud, so the site is checked for an address, a registered name, a named team and a fee explanation. A site that hides them loses the enquiry before it starts.

  • “The site is read on a phone, on a slow connection”

Patients in the source countries browse on mobile data. A heavy page with large images, or a form that fails on a weak signal, ends the visit. Light pages and a visible chat button serve this reader.

  • “Language versions must be complete”

A page half in English and half in Arabic reads as careless. Each language version needs the same trust page, process guide and contact route, reviewed by a native speaker.

  • “The site must not claim what the hospital owns”

Treatment results, doctor credentials and accreditation belong to the hospital. Publish only what the hospital approved in writing, and describe your own service. Advertising rules differ by profession and country, so check with your adviser.

What we do

What we deliver for medical tourism facilitators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Trust page

Registered business name, address, named team, fee structure and a plain warning about advance payments.

Result: A cautious reader finds who you are without asking.

  2. Treatment pages by country and language

Pages per treatment and source country explaining the process, documents and what you do.

Result: A searcher lands on the page for their case.

  3. Partner hospital pages

One page per hospital, with the departments and doctors the hospital agreed to publish.

Result: Nothing on a hospital page lacks written approval.

  4. Report upload and chat entry

A simple route to send reports by chat or a secure form, with a note on how reports are handled.

Result: A patient can send reports from a phone in one step.

  5. Mobile and speed review

Page weight, layout and form behaviour tested on the devices and connections your patients use.

Result: The site loads and works where your patients are.

  6. Enquiry tracking on the site

Each form and chat link tagged with country, treatment and page.

Result: You see which page brought a patient with reports.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these medical tourism facilitators.

  • Facilitators sending patients to India from Africa

  • Overseas agent networks who send patients to Indian hospitals

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show prices on the site?
Show how a quote is built and what each part covers. Exact figures come from the hospital's written estimate for the patient's case, so the site explains the structure and not a fixed number.
How many languages should the site have?
Begin with the languages of your current patients. Add another when you have an agent, a page owner and a native reviewer for it, not before.
Do we need a secure way to receive reports?
Reports are health information, so decide how they are received, stored and shared, and tell the patient. Check data rules for the patient's country with your own adviser.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
