Medical tourism facilitators · Social media

Show a family abroad who you are before they trust a stranger with a journey.

Social media marketing for a medical tourism facilitator is the public side of a very private decision: where a family abroad watches, asks and compares before writing to anyone. GullySales works on the channels each country uses, the posts that answer a family's real questions and the route from a comment to a private chat.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For medical tourism facilitators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each source country lives on a different platform”

Facebook groups, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube and TikTok carry different countries. Posting everywhere dilutes the work. Find where your last ten patients first saw you and start with that one platform, in that language.

  • “Families ask questions in public groups”

Diaspora and community groups carry the question 'has anyone used this facilitator?' A calm, factual reply from someone who answers questions without pushing a quote does more for trust than an advertisement placed in the same group.

  • “A hospital photograph proves little, a clear process proves more”

Pictures of a building say nothing about who meets the patient at the airport. Short posts showing the steps, the documents and the named team answer the fear of fraud directly.

  • “A recovered patient's story is not yours to post”

A patient's treatment is private health information. Without written consent, and the hospital's agreement, do not publish a face, a name or a report. Rules differ by country, so check with your own adviser.

What we do

What we deliver for medical tourism facilitators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Platform choice by source country

A short note on which platform each country uses for health questions, drawn from where your own enquiries began.

Result: You post where your patients are, not everywhere.

  2. A post series of questions families ask

Plain posts on what a medical visa needs, what a quote should include and what to ask any facilitator, in each language you serve.

Result: A family can check any facilitator, including you, against your own list.

  3. Comment-to-chat routine

A written reply pattern that answers in public, then moves the person to a private chat for reports.

Result: Reports arrive in a private chat, not in a public comment.

  4. Consent form for patient stories

A plain consent form, in the patient's language, saying what may be shown and for how long, with a simple way to withdraw.

Result: No story, photograph or report appears without a signed yes.

  5. Channel-tagged enquiry record

Each enquiry marked with the platform and post it came from.

Result: You can see which post brought a patient with reports.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these medical tourism facilitators.

  • Facilitators sending patients to India from Africa
  • Facilitators for patients from the Gulf and Middle East
  • Facilitators for patients from Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan and neighbouring countries
  • Facilitators working with hospitals for transplant, cardiac and cancer care
  • Facilitators for orthopaedic, fertility and cosmetic procedures
  • Ayurveda and wellness tourism arrangers
  • Medical visa and travel desks that serve patients
  • Overseas agent networks who send patients to Indian hospitals

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we run paid ads on social platforms?
Only after the page, the reply routine and the trust page are ready. Check each platform's current rules for health advertising and for the countries you target before spending anything.
Can we show hospital facilities in posts?
Show what the hospital has approved in writing. Do not describe results or compare doctors. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser.
Who should answer comments in another time zone?
A named person with a rota, using reply wording agreed in advance. A comment answered the next day abroad looks like a facilitator who is not there.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
