Occupational health screening providers · Website

Build a site that gives an HR head a panel, a process and a way to ask for a quote.

A website for an occupational health provider is the place where an employer checks your registration, reads the test panel and asks for a proposal, and where a candidate finds the address and hours. GullySales designs it around those two visitors and keeps worker data off it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For occupational health screening providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two visitors want different things”

An HR head wants services by employer need, proof and a quote request. A new joiner wants the address, hours and documents to bring. A home page that mixes both confuses each, so give each a clear path.

  • “A procurement team reads for evidence”

Registration details, doctor qualifications, equipment, camp capacity and a sample report format sit on one page. A buyer who finds them will not need a call to complete their vendor file.

  • “A quote form must ask employer questions”

Plant name, headcount, shifts, hazards and the due date are what the proposal desk needs. A form asking for a symptom or a worker's name is wrong for the buyer and risky for you.

  • “Pages should show how a camp runs”

A step-by-step page on registration, stations, queue handling and report handover tells the plant head what the day looks like. Pictures need the employer's permission and no worker in frame.

What we do

What we deliver for occupational health screening providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A service structure by employer need

Pages for pre-employment, periodic, camp, hazard-linked and driver or food-handler screening, reached from a clear menu.

Result: An employer finds their need within a click or two.

  2. A credentials page

Registration, doctors, equipment and camp capacity, with client names only where permitted in writing.

Result: A procurement team can start a vendor file from this page.

  3. A proposal request form

Short fields for company, role, headcount, hazards and due date, with a note on how details are used.

Result: The proposal desk receives usable enquiries.

  4. A candidate page

Address, hours, route, documents to bring and a phone number, readable on a phone.

Result: A joiner knows where to go and what to carry.

  5. Privacy and consent wording

A plain privacy page and a consent line on forms, reviewed by your adviser.

Result: Visitors know how their details are handled.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site publish rates?
That is your decision. A range per head may help screen out poor fits, but a quote depends on the panel and headcount. We build either way and keep the wording clear.
Can we put client logos on it?
Only with written permission from each client. Without it, describe the sector and the work without naming the company.
Will the site hold worker records?
No. It carries enquiry and contact information only. Worker health data stays in your clinical system, under your own consent and privacy rules.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
