Occupational health screening providers · Social media

Post for the HR head and safety manager who read LinkedIn at their desk.

Social media marketing for an occupational health provider means showing employers how you run a camp and handle a report, mainly on LinkedIn, where HR and EHS heads follow their peers. GullySales plans the posts, drafts them for your doctors to approve, and keeps worker faces and health details out of every frame.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For occupational health screening providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “LinkedIn is where the buyer is, Instagram is not”

An HR head or safety manager follows industry groups, plant visits and compliance topics on LinkedIn. A feed of motivational health tips written for the public reaches the worker, who is not the person who signs the contract.

  • “A camp is a process worth showing”

Registration desks, the audiometry booth, the van parked at the gate and the report folder tell an employer how the day runs. The picture should show set-up and flow, never a worker being examined.

  • “Safety days give you a reason to post”

A national safety week, a plant's own safety day or a change in a sector's rules gives a safety manager a reason to read. A short post that explains a test in plain words, checked by your doctor, is worth more than a greeting.

  • “Consent and privacy decide what is postable”

A worker's photograph, a name on a form or a report in the frame is not yours to post. Get written permission from the employer for any image of their site, and keep every health detail out of captions.

What we do

What we deliver for occupational health screening providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page and posting plan for LinkedIn

A company page set up with registration details, services and a clear banner, and a plan for what is posted and by whom.

Result: An HR head who visits the page sees a working provider.

  2. Post drafts for your doctors to approve

Short explanations of tests, records and camp planning, written in plain words and checked by a qualified doctor before they go out.

Result: Nothing is posted that a doctor has not read.

  3. A photo and consent checklist

A one-page rule for what may be photographed at a camp, who must agree and what is never shown.

Result: Your team knows what to leave out of the frame.

  4. Posts built from camp preparation

Pictures and notes of set-up, queue management and report handover, with the employer's written permission.

Result: Prospective clients see how a camp is run.

  5. A reply routine for comments and messages

A short set of replies that move a public question to a call, without discussing any person's health.

Result: An enquiry from a post reaches the proposal desk.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we run paid posts?
Only after the page and proposal are ready. A paid post for a plant head or HR manager sends traffic to the page, so the page must answer first. Check the platform's current rules on health advertising.
Can we post camp photographs?
Only with the employer's written permission, and never with a worker identifiable or a record visible. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser.
Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Start where the buyer reads, which is LinkedIn. Add another only when you can keep it going with approved content.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
