Occupational health screening providers · Buyer persona

Write down which of the HR head, safety manager or plant head signs the contract.

A buyer persona for an occupational health provider describes the person at the employer who decides, which is rarely the worker who attends the medical. GullySales builds a persona for each role from your own proposals, won contracts and lost quotes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For occupational health screening providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The HR head owns the budget and the vendor list”

This buyer wants one provider who handles pre-employment and periodic medicals without chasing. The worries are a missed due date, a rate that finance questions and a provider who disappears after the first camp.

  • “The safety manager owns the hazard list”

This buyer needs the right tests for the plant's risks and a report an inspector or customer auditor accepts. A provider that cannot name the test for a hazard loses the safety manager at the first call.

  • “In a small unit the owner decides alone”

In a smaller factory the owner or plant head signs and has no HR department. They want a short message, a rate per head and a camp that does not stop the line.

  • “Larger groups add procurement”

A group's purchase team compares rates and checks registration, insurance and references. They rarely see a camp. Give them a clear document and a named contact for queries.

What we do

What we deliver for occupational health screening providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A persona for the HR head

What this buyer checks, what worries them and what makes them renew, written from your proposal history.

Result: Outreach for HR speaks about due dates, records and rates.

  2. A persona for the safety and EHS manager

A card built around hazards, tests and the report format an inspector or auditor expects.

Result: Messages to safety officers lead with tests and records.

  3. A persona for the owner of a small unit

A card for the person who decides alone, with the shorter message and the points that settle the question.

Result: A small factory gets a note it can read in a minute.

  4. A persona for group procurement

A card for the buyer who compares vendors by document, with the papers they ask for first.

Result: A procurement team finds the papers without a call.

  5. A lost-quote review

A look at proposals that did not convert, noting the role, the sector and the stated reason.

Result: The cards are corrected by what actually happened.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many personas do we need?
One for each role that signs or influences a contract, starting with HR, safety and the small-unit owner. More can be added when your proposals show another pattern.
Where does the information come from?
From your own quotes, won and lost, your camp notes and conversations with clients. We do not invent facts about buyers, and each card is checked against your records.
Is the worker a persona too?
The worker attends and does not buy. Treat them as someone whose experience of the queue shapes the HR head's view at renewal, and keep it out of the sales card.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
