Rheumatology clinics · Local SEO

Show up on the map when someone nearby searches for a doctor who treats arthritis.

Local SEO for a rheumatology clinic means appearing in map results and local searches for a specialist near the patient. GullySales sets up and maintains the Google Business Profile, local citations and location pages so a patient or referrer finds the clinic and its booking number.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For rheumatology clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The speciality is not obvious on Maps”

Some listings sit under a general doctor or hospital heading. A patient looking for a rheumatologist may never see a clinic that is listed vaguely. The primary heading, services and description need to say rheumatology plainly.

  • “Distance matters differently here”

A patient with a flare wants a clinic close by. A patient with an unexplained condition will travel to a specialist. The listing should serve both, with a clear address, directions and a note on visiting days in other towns.

  • “Hours and visiting days confuse the listing”

A rheumatologist who consults in more than one town, or only on set days, shows wrong hours on a default profile. A patient who arrives on the wrong day does not come back.

  • “Reviews are a sensitive area for doctors”

Rules on how a clinic may ask for or use reviews differ by profession. Do not offer anything in return for a review, and check your council's guidance before you reply to one.

What we do

What we deliver for rheumatology clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A complete Google Business Profile

The right heading, services, address, photos of the clinic and a booking link, kept accurate when anything changes.

Result: The profile shows rheumatology as the speciality with correct hours and a working number.

  2. Visiting-day entries

Special hours and posts for each visiting day, and a notice in each town.

Result: A patient in a visiting town sees the next date on the listing.

  3. Local citations in order

The clinic's name, address and number matched across directories and health listings.

Result: The same details appear in every place that lists the clinic.

  4. A page for each town served

A page for each location where the doctor consults, with directions and the booking number.

Result: Each town has a page that answers where, when and how to book.

  5. A reply routine for reviews

A short guide for answering reviews without confirming that the reviewer is a patient.

Result: Replies are written once and reused with care.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask patients for reviews?
Ask only in a way that your council's guidance allows, and offer nothing in return. Advertising and review rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser, and read each platform's current rules.
Will Maps bring the right patients?
It brings people nearby who search for the speciality. A patient with sudden severe symptoms needs urgent care, so say on the listing that it is not an emergency service.
We consult in more than one town. How should it be listed?
Keep one main profile, add the visiting days as special hours and posts, and give each town its own page. Where another address is a real, staffed location, ask your adviser whether it can have its own listing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
