Aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics · Local SEO

Win the skin and laser patient who will not drive past three signals.

Local SEO for an aesthetic clinic decides which branch shows on Maps when somebody nearby searches for a skin, laser or dental treatment. GullySales sets up a Business Profile for each clinic, matches it to that branch's page, and keeps the photographs and reviews current.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 17 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Distance decides the repeat treatments and nothing else”

Laser and skin patients return every few weeks, so three kilometres beats a better clinic across the city. Implant and transplant patients will cross town for the right surgeon.

  • “Your category tells Maps whether you are a salon”

Choosing dermatologist, dental clinic or beauty salon changes which searches you appear in at all. Doctor-led clinics sit under the wrong one for years without knowing.

  • “A chain with one profile is invisible in four localities”

Branches sharing a single listing and one phone number cannot rank in the areas they serve. Each clinic needs its own profile, page and number.

What we do

What we deliver for aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Business Profile per clinic, correctly categorised

Each branch claimed under the right primary category, with doctors, treatments, timings and payment options filled in rather than left at the defaults.

Result: You appear for the searches your clinic is actually for.

  2. Branch pages that match the profile word for word

A page per clinic naming the locality in its title and heading, carrying the same address, phone number and timings as the listing.

Result: Maps and your website stop contradicting each other.

  3. Photographs of your own rooms and team

Reception, treatment rooms, equipment and the doctors shot at each branch, replacing stock images and the phone snaps taken three years ago.

Result: A patient sees where they are walking into.

  4. Reviews asked for at the branch that did the work

A request routine run by each clinic, with replies posted from the same profile and the review staying with the branch that earned it.

Result: Every locality has recent reviews, not only the main clinic.

  5. Directory listings made to agree

Practo, JustDial and the rest corrected so the name, address and phone number match the Business Profile exactly at every branch.

Result: Nothing online sends a patient to an address you left.

  6. Maps report by branch

Calls, direction requests and appointment clicks for each profile, reported against the baseline from the first conversation.

Result: You can see which branch is winning its own neighbourhood.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

How a patient nearby finds a skin or hair clinic, and what to fix first.

Primary category
Choose the category for your main treatment, such as skin care clinic or hair transplant clinic. Remove salon, spa and beauty parlour, which send you the wrong searcher and make a doctor-led clinic look like a beauty counter.
Treatments as services
List laser hair removal, PRP, peels, aligners and implants one by one, using the words patients type. Describe what is done in a plain sentence, with no outcome claim, and leave machine brand names to your website.
Distance, branch by branch
Search for your main treatment from the main road of the next locality on someone else's phone. Note who appears. A branch that vanishes two roads away needs its own page and its own reviews.
Reviews and photographs
Ask patients who have completed a sitting, at that branch, and have the doctor approve the wording of the request. Show your rooms, reception and team. Leave patient images off the listing, because rules on them differ by state and council.
Practo, Justdial and Sulekha
Claim the entry for each branch on Practo for doctor-led work and on Justdial for walk-in searches. Copy the branch name, doctor names and phone number from the Maps profile letter for letter.
Name and phone check
Use the name on the signboard, with the locality only if the sign carries it. Give each branch a number the counsellor answers, not the head office line, so a call from the listing reaches someone who can book.

Who it is for

This is written for these aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics.

  • Hair transplant and hair restoration centres
  • Laser hair removal and skin laser clinics
  • Aesthetic medicine clinics offering injectables, peels and skin boosters
  • Cosmetic dentistry practices for aligners, veneers and smile design
  • Dental implant centres
  • Cosmetic and plastic surgery practices
  • Body contouring and non-surgical fat reduction clinics
  • Multi-branch aesthetic chains and franchise clinics
  • Doctor-led clinics that started inside a dermatology or dental practice

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your branch addresses and phone numbers differ across listings and nobody has decided which are correct.
  • You offer treatments at a branch only a few days a month, and a profile would show hours the clinic does not keep.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We have four branches. Do we need four profiles?
Yes, one for every address with staff and its own phone line. Each points at its own branch page with that locality in the heading, and each carries its own photographs. A single listing leaves three areas where you do not appear.
Do Practo and JustDial still matter?
Less than Maps for appointments. They matter because your name, address and phone number sit there too, and anything that disagrees with your Business Profile weakens both. Making them agree is an afternoon's work that keeps paying.
Can we put the machine brand or 'best clinic' in the profile name?
No. The name field should carry only what your signboard says. Adding treatments, brands or praise breaks Google's rules and can get the listing suspended. Put treatment words in the categories, services and description, where they help the match without risking the profile.
A competitor's listing shows our doctor's name at a clinic that does not exist. What can we do?
Report it on Maps with the 'suggest an edit' or report option, and attach your registration and signboard photographs as proof. Keep the dates of what you sent. Decisions take the platform its own time, so check back, and tell the doctor so the name is not used elsewhere.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
