Doctors and general clinics · Content marketing
Tell the parent at eleven at night whether to come now or wait.
Content for a general clinic is the practical writing a family needs: when to come in, what to bring and what a home nurse costs. GullySales writes those pages, and every line is reviewed by your doctor before it is published.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means
Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

Sales and marketing for doctors and general clinics, the overview.

For doctors and general clinics
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“Telling somebody to go to a hospital earns the next visit”
A page saying when a fever needs an emergency department rather than an OPD is the one a parent keeps, and the family registers with you later.
“The boring page brings the calls”
What to bring for a school medical, which documents a pre-employment check needs and how home sample collection works are searched far more than any article.
“Every draft needs a doctor's half hour”
Writing produced by somebody with no medical background and published under a doctor's name is the risk, because the registration on the page is the doctor's.
What we do
What we deliver for doctors and general clinics.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
A come now or wait until morning page
Written with your doctors on fever, breathlessness, a fall, a child who will not feed, and the signs that mean an emergency department.
Result: A parent at midnight has something usable.
Charges and coverage pages for home services
Home visit, nursing per shift, sample collection and equipment rental, each with the areas covered, the timings and who comes to the house.
Result: A family after a discharge decides without ringing first.
Preparation sheets for the visits families plan
What to bring for a school medical, a pre-employment check, a health check and a vaccination visit, on one page each.
Result: The desk stops repeating the same instructions.
A vaccination schedule page for parents
Child and adult schedules laid out with the due ages, written factually and without naming a brand of vaccine.
Result: Parents come back on the right date.
A doctor review step on every draft
Each piece read and signed off by the doctor whose name appears on it, with your council's conduct rules in front of you.
Result: Nothing is published that you have not read.
Report of which page brought a call
Calls and enquiries traced to each page, read against the baseline recorded before the writing started.
Result: You learn which page is worth another like it.
How the result is measured
- Pages published
- Organic traffic
- Enquiries from content pages
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
Questions buyers ask first
The questions a family asks before choosing a clinic, and the page that answers each one.
- Do I need to fast before the blood test?
- A preparation sheet per common test or visit: fasting or not, what to bring, whether to take usual medicines. Copy the lab partner's own instructions and have the doctor read it again whenever the lab changes them.
- Which vaccines does my child need now?
- A vaccination page for parents saying what is given at each age under the schedule your clinic follows, what is optional, and what to do after a missed visit. Link to the national schedule and let the doctor confirm.
- When does the doctor sit, and do I need an appointment?
- A timings page naming each doctor's days, whether you use tokens or booked slots, and when to arrive. Match it to your Google Maps hours so Sunday and festival days are not wrong anywhere.
- Can you manage my father's sugar and BP on regular visits?
- A chronic care page: what a follow-up visit covers (readings, medicine review, tests due), what to carry (the log book and reports), and when to call between visits.
- What does a nurse visit at home include and cost?
- A home care page: what one visit covers, what supplies are extra, how payment works, and which tasks a nurse cannot do. Use your real charges so the call is not spent on price.
- Can the doctor just tell me over the phone?
- A page on what can and cannot be advised without examining, who may use teleconsultation (existing patients), and the signs that mean come in or go to a hospital. It saves calls that cannot be answered anyway.

Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- No doctor will read the pages before they go out, and unreviewed medical text should not be published.
- You want articles on every disease to attract readers, which belongs to hospitals and brings patients who cannot be seen.
- The clinic does not yet say when it sits, so a guide telling readers to come in would not say when.
How it works
How the content marketing work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Agree the plan
Topics and formats come from the content strategy and the buyer-question list. The volume goes into the written scope, agreed with you, not into a number quoted on a call.
- 2
Brief and draft
Each piece starts from its one-page brief and a short conversation with your technical person, recorded if they allow it, so the draft uses their words.
- 3
Check the facts
Your person marks the draft for accuracy and we correct it. Regulated subjects also go to your own adviser, because restrictions on claims apply to articles as much as to advertisements.
- 4
Publish and distribute
The piece goes live on your site, then out through the channels where your buyers already are.
- 5
Read the enquiries and adjust
Results are reported against the baseline recorded before work began. Topics that brought readers but no enquiries are changed or dropped. How often you are reported to is agreed in writing.
Where this fits
Three pieces of sales work, in this order.
This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.
Step 1
Sales audit
Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.
Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.
Step 2 · you are here
Sales process design
One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.
Start here if every salesperson sells differently.
Step 3
Sales management
A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.
Start here if the team has targets and no routine.
