Doctors and general clinics · Website

Give a new family a plain page with the doctors, the timings and the way to book.

A clinic website is a short, factual set of pages that shows who the doctors are, what the clinic treats, when it opens and how to reach it. GullySales builds it within the conduct rules, so a family can check you before the first visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 17 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For doctors and general clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parent checks the page for timings first”

Someone deciding whether to visit tonight looks for open hours, the address and a phone number. If those need scrolling or sit inside an image, the page has failed at the one thing it is for.

  • “Qualifications and registration are what a relative reads”

An adult child choosing a doctor for a parent reads the degrees, the registration details and the experience. Stated plainly and kept accurate, they build confidence without any claim of being better than anyone else.

  • “Superlatives and testimonials are the risk”

Words such as best or leading, patient stories and festival offers on health packages invite trouble under the conduct rules. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check the text with your own council or adviser.

  • “Visitors arrive on a phone”

A family on a phone at night needs a call button, a map link and a WhatsApp link that work with one tap. A page built for a desktop and merely shrunk makes them hunt for the number.

What we do

What we deliver for doctors and general clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clinic website with the essential pages

Home, doctors, services, timings and directions, contact and booking, each written factually with no superlatives or comparisons.

Result: A new family finds every practical fact in one place.

  2. Doctor profiles with qualifications and registration

One section per doctor with degrees, registration details, languages spoken and sitting days, as you supply and verify them.

Result: A relative can check a doctor properly before booking.

  3. One-tap contact

A call button, a WhatsApp link and a map link placed where a worried parent looks first.

Result: A visitor reaches the clinic without searching the page.

  4. Service pages for home care

Separate pages for home visits, nursing and sample collection stating areas, charges and what the service does not handle.

Result: A family booking care after a discharge decides without chasing details.

  5. A page check against the conduct rules

A read-through before launch to remove claims, offers and testimonials, and a note of what to avoid adding later.

Result: The site stays factual when the clinic edits it.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a family searches for, and the page on the clinic's site that answers it.

doctor timings today
The home page opens with each doctor's sessions, the Sunday arrangement, the phone number and a call button on a phone screen.
doctor qualification and registration
A page for each doctor with degrees and registration details as the council requires, so a relative checking from another city is satisfied.
home nursing charges
A service page stating where the clinic goes, on which days and the charge, since families decide after a discharge in a hurry.
blood test at home near me
A page for sample collection naming the areas, the hours and how reports reach the family, kept apart from the consultation pages.
book an appointment with the doctor
A simple form asking name, number and reason in plain words, plus a call button, with a reply from a named person.

Who it is for

This is written for these doctors and general clinics.

  • Single-doctor family and general practice clinics
  • Polyclinics with visiting consultants
  • Physicians and internal medicine consultants in private practice
  • Paediatric and child health clinics
  • Diabetes and lifestyle disease clinics
  • Home visit doctors and home nursing services
  • Home sample collection and diagnostic partner centres
  • Medical equipment rental and home care providers
  • Corporate and occupational health service providers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The doctors' sessions are still being settled, so a site built now would give wrong timings.
  • Nobody will update the page when timings change, and a stale page does more harm than a correct Maps listing.
  • You want before and after results or patient reviews on the site, which the council's rules do not allow.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have a Maps listing?
The listing brings the first look, and the website holds what a listing cannot: doctor profiles, services, and home care charges. Families checking a doctor for a relative want more than a rating, so the two work together.
Can we show our before and after results or patient reviews?
Do not publish results, patient stories or testimonials as promotion. Patients may review you on Google themselves. Rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser before adding anything of this kind.
Who updates the website when timings change?
Someone at the clinic should own it. We set up the pages so timings and doctor sitting days are changed in one place, and the same change is made on the listings so they never disagree.
Can the site show how many years the doctor has practised?
Yes, as a plain fact alongside qualifications and registration, if it is true and the council's rules permit it. A relative checking the doctor reads it as background. Avoid words such as experienced and leading, and check the wording with your own council.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
