Physiotherapy clinics · Video marketing

Film the exercise a patient will get wrong at home on Tuesday night.

Video marketing for a physiotherapy clinic starts with the exercise a patient has just been given, filmed so it can be watched again at home. GullySales plans that library with your therapists, films it in one morning, and puts the clips on the condition pages and into the session reminders.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What video marketing means

Video marketing is using short videos, such as a product demonstration or a customer walkthrough, to explain your business on social media, your website and Google listings. GullySales scripts, shoots and edits these videos around the questions buyers ask before they visit or call.

For physiotherapy clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The exercise clip is the one a patient opens”

Three exercises are explained at the clinic and one is remembered by Tuesday night. A clip of your own therapist doing it, sent after the session, gets watched at the kitchen table.

  • “Show the wrong way first”

Half a minute of a bridge done badly, then done correctly, saves your therapist correcting the same thing at the next appointment. A daughter watching beside a parent can check the movement against it.

  • “The camera stays off the treatment floor”

A rehab room is full of people who never agreed to be filmed, so the shoot goes in a quiet hour with the therapist as the subject. A patient's own story is filmed separately, with consent recorded before anything is shot.

What we do

What we deliver for physiotherapy clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An exercise library filmed with your own therapists

Short clips of the exercises you prescribe most, shot in one morning at the clinic, with the therapist naming the mistake to avoid.

Result: A patient at home watches your therapist instead of a stranger on YouTube.

  2. The clip attached to each session reminder

The exercise video goes out with the WhatsApp reminder, so the patient arrives having done the work between appointments.

Result: The next session starts where the last one stopped.

  3. Wrong way and right way, for the movements patients get wrong

Thirty seconds on each of the two or three movements your therapists correct every week, shot both ways round.

Result: Correction stops eating into paid treatment time.

  4. A video on each priority condition page

The clip that belongs to a condition sits on its page, such as what the first week after a knee replacement looks like.

Result: A patient reading about their surgery sees it before booking.

  5. A recovery story filmed after discharge, with consent on file

One patient's story recorded once their course is finished, with written consent held and nothing clinical included that they did not agree to.

Result: A real recovery is shown without putting a patient's privacy at risk.

How the result is measured

  • Views
  • Watch time
  • Enquiries traced to video

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Videos worth making

Film what happens around the treatment, so patients know what to expect before they book.

The first assessment, walked through
Show what happens at the first visit: the questions, the posture and movement checks, and the plan explained. Put it on the booking page so a patient in pain knows what to wear and bring.
The home-visit physiotherapist arriving
Film the physio who does home visits arriving with their kit and introducing themselves. Add it to the Google profile so a family looking for elderly care sees that you visit homes.
A desk posture clip for an office
A short ergonomics demonstration at an office desk covering monitor height, chair and breaks. Send it with the proposal when an HR or admin team asks about workplace physiotherapy.
Chronic back pain, explained honestly
A therapist explains what a course for long-term back pain involves and why it takes several sessions, promising no relief. Place it on the chronic pain page with a link to book an assessment.
An antenatal class preview
Film the class space and the instructor demonstrating a movement, with no participants unless they consent. Share it with referring gynaecologists and on Instagram before a new batch starts.

Who it is for

This is written for these physiotherapy clinics.

  • Sports injury and orthopaedic rehab clinics
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation centres
  • Neuro-rehabilitation clinics
  • Prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy practices
  • Geriatric and home-visit physiotherapy services
  • Paediatric physiotherapy clinics
  • Chronic pain management clinics
  • Corporate ergonomics and workplace physiotherapy consultants

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • No therapist has agreed to be filmed doing the exercise correctly, so the clip would carry a stranger's technique.
  • The clinic expects a video to teach an exercise a patient cannot safely do without an assessment first.

How it works

How the video marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Plan the distribution

We agree where each video will live and what a viewer should do next, before a shoot is booked.

  2. 2

    Script and shot list

A short script and shot list are written. For a hospital or clinic we flag claims that medical advertising rules do not allow.

  3. 3

    Clear permissions

Releases are signed, locations agreed, and music chosen with its licence in hand. This is done before the camera is switched on.

  4. 4

    Film on location

Filming runs to the shot list at your premises, with a short list of extra shots to cover the edits.

  5. 5

    Edit for each place

The footage is cut into the shapes agreed at planning, with captions added and the call to action placed at the end.

  6. 6

    Publish and track

Videos go live where planned. Views and enquiries are tracked by video against the baseline recorded before work began.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should be on camera, our senior physiotherapist or the one treating?
The one the patient will sit with. A clip of the therapist who takes the evening slot brings that patient back on time. Seniority belongs on the website photograph.
Will filming eat into treatment hours?
One morning a month, blocked before the first appointment. Ten exercises get filmed in that time, because there is no script to learn and nothing to set up beyond a phone and a window.
Should we add subtitles to our exercise videos?
Yes. Patients often watch at home with the sound low, and older patients follow written cues more easily than speech. Put the repetitions, the hold and the warning on screen in the language the patient speaks with your therapist. Text on screen matters more here than any music.
Can we send patients exercise videos from YouTube instead of filming our own?
Link to them, but never download and re-post them, which breaks the creator's copyright. A stranger's version may also differ from what your therapist prescribed. Film your own for the exercises you prescribe most, and link to an outside video only after checking it matches.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
