Telehealth and online consultation platforms · Search engine optimisation

A thyroid follow-up in Marathi should find your page, not a stranger's blog.

A patient searches for a skin problem, a thyroid follow-up or a counsellor in her own language, and books from the page she lands on. Each speciality needs its own page in that language. GullySales builds those pages with your doctors and records the landing page, the language and the speciality against every booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For telehealth and online consultation platforms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search is a symptom, not a platform”

People type itchy rash on arms or constant tiredness thyroid, not the name of a platform, and a page that sells an app does not answer them.

  • “Content is checked more closely for health”

A page about a symptom is advice, so a named doctor from your platform reads and signs off every one before it goes live, and the date of review is on the page. Rules on telemedicine consultation and on medical advertising apply to a platform as they do to a clinic and can differ by state and speciality, so claims stay plain and your own adviser confirms which apply.

  • “Searches happen in many languages”

A patient in Pune or Chennai searches in Marathi or Tamil, and an English-only site is never shown to her.

What we do

What we deliver for telehealth and online consultation platforms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per speciality

A page for dermatology, general medicine, mental health, women's health or each other service, saying who it suits and what an online visit covers.

Result: A search for a speciality finds a page written for it.

  2. Condition and symptom pages reviewed by a doctor

Short pages on common concerns, each reviewed and signed off by a named doctor, with advice on when to see someone in person.

Result: A worried reader gets a careful answer from a real doctor.

  3. Regional-language versions

Pages for your key specialities in the languages your doctors speak, written by a speaker, not machine-translated.

Result: A patient searching in her language finds a page in it.

  4. Doctor profile pages

A page for each doctor describing the problems seen, languages and consultation format, using details the doctor approves.

Result: A person can choose a doctor before booking.

  5. A technical check for speed and trust

A review of page speed on a phone, secure pages, clear contact details and a privacy page that matches how you handle data.

Result: A patient on a weak mobile signal can book.

  6. Booking tracking by search page

A record tying each booking to the page the person landed on, so you can see which speciality page earns bookings.

Result: You extend the pages that bring bookings.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

These are the searches people make before booking online, and the page that answers each.

Symptom searches, such as persistent hair fall
Answer with a doctor-reviewed page that says when an online consultation is enough, when to see someone in person and how to book. Do not promise a result.
Speciality plus online, such as dermatologist online consultation
Send this search to the speciality page showing available doctors, languages and what the consultation includes. Make the booking button visible without scrolling.
Language searches, such as doctor online in Hindi or Tamil
Write a page in that language with doctors who speak it. The patient is choosing a language as much as a doctor, so state it on every profile.
Chronic care searches, such as thyroid follow-up online
A returning patient asks if the same doctor will follow her, how reports are shared and how reminders work. For example, a thyroid follow-up page in Marathi answers all three, and the booking it brings is recorded against that page and that language.
Platform trust searches, such as is this app safe for consultation
Publish a plain page on how data is handled, who the doctors are and how to complain. A person checks it before she pays.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

List the searches patients make before booking

We start from the symptoms and follow-up questions your doctors hear most, in the languages they speak, and set them against the specialities that have doctors with free slots.

  2. 2

Write each page with the doctor who will sign it

A named doctor reads the page, says when an online consultation is enough and when to see someone in person, and approves the wording. The review date goes on the page.

  3. 3

    Publish in the patient's language

Marathi, Hindi and Tamil pages are written by a speaker, not machine-translated, and each links to doctors who consult in that language.

  4. 4

Tie every booking to the page it came from

We record the landing page and the language for each booking, so you can see whether a Marathi thyroid page or an English skin page is the one earning consultations.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we write about treatments and medicines?
Write about what a consultation covers and when to see a doctor. Avoid naming medicines or promising results. Rules differ by body and change, so have each page reviewed by a doctor and check with your own adviser.
Do we need a blog?
A few well-reviewed pages on the problems your doctors treat are better than many thin posts. Start with pages that match what patients search, and add posts when the same question reaches your chat repeatedly.
Should the same page serve all cities?
Yes for most conditions, since the consultation is online. Add a city page only when you have a reason, such as a lab partner or a language spoken there.
Who owns the content a doctor writes?
Agree it in writing with each doctor: the platform may publish and update the page, and the doctor may remove his name. Keep the signed consent with the page record.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
